[著者抄録] ラクオリア創薬株式会社は，2008年7月の設立当初よりリンクリゾルバを利用してきた。リンクリゾルバ導入により電子資料へのアクセスは飛躍的に効率化されたものの，情報検索ツールの検索結果から複数の論文について所蔵を確認する際には，1件ごとにリンクリゾルバのアイコンのクリックを繰り返す必要があるなどの改善すべき点があることがわかった。さらにアグリゲータ系電子ジャーナルを多く購読している環境では，閲覧禁止期間に該当する割合が高くなり，この問題はより顕著になる。この課題を解決した一括所蔵確認システムを中心に，ラクオリア創薬でのリンクリゾルバを用いて効率化した情報サービスについて報告する。
