東京 世田谷区は、来年の3月と4月に、ふだんは200円かかるコンビニでの住民票の写しなどの交付を10円にして、区役所窓口の混雑緩和につなげたいとしています。 世田谷区によりますと、毎年3月と4月は引っ越しに伴う転出や転入手続きが集中し、区役所や出張所の窓口が混雑します。 区は窓口の混雑を緩和するため、マイナンバーカードを使ったコンビニでの住民票の写しなどの取得を進めてもらおうと、コンビニで取得する際の手数料を大幅に下げることを決めました。 具体的には、ふだん▽窓口で1通300円、▽コンビニで1通200円となっている手数料について、来年3月と4月にかぎり、コンビニでは1通10円にします。 世田谷区は「今後、説明動画なども作成し、マイナンバーカードを持っている人には安く、利便性もあるコンビニ交付の利用を呼びかけ、窓口に来る方の待ち時間の短縮につなげていきたい」と話しています。
