According to the airline, the two Austrian destinations will be served from December 10, 2022. It will go to Innsbruck twice a week until March 4, 2023. Salzburg will be served once a week until March 5, 2023. Both routes are to be served by Embraer 190 regional jets. These have 100 seats, 12 of which are in business class. The operational implementation is therefore carried out by the subsidiary Hop.
Passengers from Austria can combine the Amsterdam and Paris-Charles de Gaulle hubs when booking. Group member Transavia offers feeders to the KLM hub. A possible continuation after the provisional end dates has not yet been decided.
“We are happy and very proud to connect two more Austrian cities with our hub CDG in Paris. In addition to visiting Paris, this new flight also allows good connections to many destinations in Europe and in our intercontinental network. The combinability of the new Air France flights with the traditional KLM flights (operated by Transavia) connecting INN/SZG with AMS offers travelers expanded access to our global network,” said Guido Hackl, Country Sales Manager at Air France-KLM .
Hello, just would like to know what happens during summer, is there a direct flight to Innsbruck at all or will there be at all in the summer months… March to December? Wanting to go there is May of 2024 and take clients in May of 2025… any direct route possibilities going forward?
Thanks Angela
Any direct flights May to December for the tourists in the summer months? Angela
