Logical ‘and not’ boolean values.
When a null is encountered in either input, a null is output.For a different null behavior, see function “and_not_kleene”.

- xArray-like or scalar-like
Argument to compute function.
- yArray-like or scalar-like
Argument to compute function.
- memory_pool
pyarrow.MemoryPool, optional If not passed, will allocate memory from the default memory pool.
