Author's name from Backer-Sommervogel, Engelmann and Palau y Dulcet
Two states are known to exist, differing only in the presence or absence of an erroneously signed leaf: State 1 has leaf D2 signed as: "D1", while in state 2 leaf D2 is correctly signed. On the other hand, the incorrect signature for leaf O2 (as: "O3") is present in both states
Signatures: A-Q (A1 verso, H4 verso, Q8 blank). Leaf O2 signed as: "O3"; leaf D2, in state 1, signed as: "D1"
