A Viable Aerospace Industry

. . . How can the [aerospace] industry continue to be vital and strong? I see some fruitful possibilities. One, I believe, is dictated by good business sense and is not inconsistent with antitrust doctrine broadly applied. I refer to the need and perhaps the inevitability of combinations and mergers within the industry.
