skasuga犯罪行為は司法に任せるべきで、司法の結論が納得いかない場合はそこからが議論でしょう。一方で自治体やメディアのガイドラインはパブリックに議論すべき事柄、という違い。
このように、「園が無罪だとは言われていない」「園は100％悪いから議論にならないだけ」といったことを主張し、園の性加害疑惑について表現の問題より反応が薄いことを正当化していた人たちがいた。
さて、園の性加害疑惑が今のところどういうことになったのかはよく知られているところだろう。本人は100％無罪を主張、告発した女性は自死を選び、園が週刊女性を訴えた裁判は記事削除、ただし双方が事実関係については言及しないという形で和解で終わった。
そして園は既に別名義で映画製作に復帰していることが明らかになっている。
つまり法的にはあらゆる点で有罪になっておらず、本人は「足掻く」どころではなく疑惑を当初から今に至るまで全面否定、既に復帰に向けた動きが始まっている、ということになった。
これらの人たちが主張していた、園に対する反応が薄くても良い理由はほぼ全てが無くなっている。
さて、これらの人々はこうした動きが明らかになって以降、何か改めて問題提起などをしたのだろうか？
もっとも、「法的な判断が結局されなかったのであれば、疑惑は疑惑であって、騒ぐのは人権上問題がある」と考え直して騒がないことにしたのならばおかしくはないが。
