10万かけて手に入れたチケットを手にライブへ行ったら座席がなかった、どこに怒りをぶつけていいのかわからない。このコンテンツごと嫌になりそうで辛い。
アイドルとかのライブに頻繁に行く人は、座るはずの座席が機材の関係で潰れて当日振り替えって経験したこともあると思うし、自分も過去にE⚪︎ILEとKAT-⚪︎UNのライブでこれが起きたことがある。ただ、その時はどちらも入り口でチケット確認の時に止められて、そのまま事情説明と謝罪の後に、元々持っていたチケットよりも遥かに良い座席の新しいチケットがもらえたので、ラッキーなことくらいに思ってた。
今回はそんな風に入り口で止められることもなく、チケットを使って入場して、記載されている自分の座席に向かったら、そもそも椅子自体が存在していなかったのだ。
驚いてスタッフに聞いても3人くらいたらい回しにされて、ようやく責任者が出てきたかと思えば、同じく存在しない座席のチケットを持った人たちと40分以上も待たされることになった。
開演時間が間近に迫る中、チケット代の返金や座席の振替について説明されて、常温の水を1本渡された。その後に改めて用意された席は、自分が元々持っていたチケットよりもグレードの下がった、ステージから遠い座席だった。
客席の形状が特殊で説明しづらいんだけど、東京ドームで例えると下段のスタンド前方正面のはずだった座席が、上段のサイドになったイメージだ。
あと最初は同行者とは座席が離れない、という説明だったのが離れることにもなったし、どうしても同行者と隣に座りたいと交渉した人が「さらに座席が後方になるけどいいんですか！？」みたいな詰められ方をされていて気の毒だった。
開演が押してスタッフもピリピリしていたし、席振替に納得できずに泣き出す人もいた。席が足りなかったのか、座席が決まらないままライブが始まってしまった人もいたようで、楽しいライブのはずが、開始からもう地獄だった。
全員に返金があることが説明され、振替が行われてもなお客席の雰囲気が最悪だったのは、運営側の不安な対応にくわえて、このライブのチケットの売り方が特殊だったことにも原因があると思う。
今回のはリアルイベントの頻度が高くないゲームコンテンツのライブで、日程も2日間のみしかなかったので、アリーナやスタンド前方などの良席は1万円近くする円盤についてるシリアルコードを使って応募しなければ取れないという状態だった。
座席には9000〜20000円で細かい値段区分があり、アリーナは単番でしか入れないという仕様のため、同行者と連番で入るにはスタンド以上の座席を選んで応募する必要があった。
自分は友人と連番がしたかったので、値段としては3番目に高いチケットに狙いを定めて、2人で16枚円盤を購入した。
この枚数については、同じコンテンツの関東のライブだと前はこれくらいで当たったかな、という経験に基づくものなので人によって違うかもしれないけれど、他の座席振替になった人たちも、少なくとも1枚は円盤を購入していたはずだ。
自分と友人はこのライブのチケットのために10万近く支払っていたし、チケット代の15000円以上のお金を使わないと絶対に取れないような座席が約200席ごっそりと存在していなかったことになる。
そういうチケット代以上のお金を支払っていた人が無料のイープラス先行や、一般でも購入できた上段席に振替させられて、怒りや不満が爆発していたのだ。
後退とはいえ、無料で見られて後から返金されるならいいだろ、と思う人がいるのはわかるし円盤積んだのはこちらの都合なので、返金しろ！！！とは言えないけど、同じ状態になってあっさり納得できる人いるのだろうか。
なんでこんなに円盤積んだんだろっていう自分への後悔が大きいので泣いたり怒鳴ったりとかはしなかったんだけど、怒れる人のが健全だとも思う。
シリアルコードでの先行応募って二次元コンテンツ独特の風習だなと思うし、たぶんこれまでも台風とかコロナとかの中止で辛酸舐めた人もいるだろうけど、ライブ会場にいって座席がないのは本当に誰を憎めばいいのか分からない。
人間のやることだからミスはあると思うけど、200席売って当日設営して、誰も気づかなかったのはさすがにどうなんだろう。翌日届いた事情を説明するメールを読んでも責任の所在はわからなかったし、おそらくこれからも明かされない。
円盤積んだことについては自己責任で本当に良いけど、ああいう売り方をしてる以上は返金と座席後退の振替で納得できない人が出ることも感情としては仕方がないので、何も擁護はできない。
あとこの界隈には学級委員みたいなオタクが多くて、「ジャンルの評判落としたくないから座席なかった人だけが文句を言え！座席なかった人は今後のために運営を問い詰めろ！」みたいなこと言ってる人が目に入るのもキツイ。
もちろん擁護もできないけど、起こってしまったことだから返金以上何も求められることなくない？次にいつどこでイベントがあるか分からない状態で、次回良席確約とかも現実的じゃないわけで。
そもそも自分たちに一切責任がないのに、運営を攻める役割背負わされるのもしんどい。それに、こんなの誰でも巻き込まれる可能性あったんだから該当者じゃなくても怒りたい人もいるでしょうよ。そういう人の口を塞いでも仕方ないと思う。
そして後方席で妙に冷静な気持ちになってしまったので、出演者の高齢化もあって使い回しの映像で繋ぐシーンが多過ぎて、このコンテンツのリアルイベントが声優ライブとしてクオリティが高いものでもなくなってきたことに気づいてしまったのもしんどかった。
糸が切れてしまった感じがする、と感じた出来事だった。こんなことが起きた以上は誰かが絶対悪いし、当日の対応だって何かが間違ってたし、でも誰も表向きには責任を取らないし、今後も返金以上の対応はないと思う。感情のやり場がない。
例え何か補填があったとしても、今回のライブを良席で見る、ってことはもう叶わないわけだし。
10年以上なんだかんだと好きだったコンテンツだけど、今後は何を見てもこの時のことを思い出してしまうんだろうなあと思うと、正直もう潮時な気がする。
