もしも本当に、心の底から馬鹿にするつもりも嘲るつもりも無かったのであれば、全ての比喩表現を直接的な表現に改めて、その上でどのように受け取られる可能性があるか考えてみてください。

皮肉が良くないと受け取られてしまったため、本記事の趣旨を追記します。
まとめると、「選挙民を馬鹿にし、自己批判は無く、現状を嘆き、陰謀論で締める」のは、インテリ層の振る舞いとして最悪なので即刻止めるべき、です。
シロクマ先生の記事が、善意から皮肉と言う形で選挙民に気づきを促すという趣旨で書かれていたとしても、それは理路として齋藤知事のパワハラと同じ構造を持つ、
"良い民意"を持つシロクマ先生が、"悪い民意"を持ってしまった相手を変えてあげようという意図をもって記事を書いたのであれば、その手法は、パワハラを正当化する構造と同じですよ、という指摘です。（そんな意図ではない、そういう文脈ではない、よく読めばわかるはずだという反論をされないために、具体的に個別例を挙げています）
皮肉からは悪意を感じ取るのが通常の感性ですし、悪意を感じ取った相手は嫌悪感を覚えることはあっても好意を持つことはありません。その結果、より立花氏に優位になる記事になっていますよ、という意味です。こういう記事の表現の積み重ねが、立花氏の活動を補助しています。

斎藤氏はパワハラ疑惑を巡る認識を問われると、「よい県政をしていきたいという中で業務上の指導や注意を厳しくしたことはあった。これがハラスメントに当たるかは第三者委員会などで審議されることになる」と語った。
小学生を含めて（個人的な感覚では、不満を表明できるのは小学三年生前後）、悪意には非常に敏感です。どのような言葉遣いであっても馬鹿にされたかどうかは瞬時に理解します。
「インターネットで民主主義が加速して良かったですね」という「良かったですね」という物言いは、対象を嘲る言い方です。自覚が無いのであれば今すぐに改めるべきです。
以下、具体的に指摘します。
「今回の選挙は、民主主義を正しく反映したと言えるのではないだろうか」という書き方ではいけなかったでしょうか。
なぜ、「民主主義が三度の飯より好きな人には」と、民主主義を好ましいと思う人を「三度の飯より好きな人"には"」という表現にして限定しましたか？
今回の選挙結果を、揶揄する意図が無いのであれば即刻改めるべき表現です。
他の支持者との一体感を体験しやすい仕組みのおかげで、「いいね」や「シェア」ぐらいでも推し活気分や選挙活動気分を味わえたりする。
「自分は、いいねやシェアボタンを押す行為は、選挙活動とは言えないと思う」と書き方ではいけなかったでしょうか？
なぜ、「推し活気分や選挙活動気分を味わえたり」という、自身で「参入する敷居がものすごく低い」と書いているにもかかわらず、「気分」や「味わえる」という表現にしましたか？
他人の選挙についての関わり方を見下すつもりが無いのであれば即刻改めるべき表現です。
SNSや動画にじかにコメントする、という方法もある。なにもコメントが秀逸である必要はない。凡庸なコメントでも、論理的に破綻したコメントでも、事実関係の怪しいコメントでも、別に構わない。支持する人への応援コメントでも、敵対者への批判や非難のコメントでも、数多く集まりさえすれば強力なコメントたり得る。どんなにしょうもないコメントでも、200も300も連なれば有意味だ。誰が言ったかや何を言ったかだけでなく、何人が言ったかも重要であることを、いまどきのネットユーザーが知らないわけがない。
「どんなコメントであっても、200も300も連なれば有意味になってしまう。論理的に破綻したコメントでも、事実関係の怪しいコメントでも、いまどきのネットユーザーにとっては、何人が言ったかが重要になってしまう。私はそれを好ましいとは思わない」と言う書き方ではいけませんか？
どのようなコメントであっても数が連なれば有意味になることが好ましくない、もしくは危険だと思うのであれば、そう表現すべきではありませんか？
なぜ、「事実関係の怪しいコメントでも、別に構わない」と許容したのにもかかわらず、「どんなにしょうもないコメントでも、200も300も連なれば有意味だ」として、自分と同じコメントをする人が200や300ある人たちを「しょうもない」と馬鹿にしたのですか？
他人のコメントの書き方を馬鹿にする意図が無いのであれば、即刻改めるべき表現です。
それらは従来型のマスメディアが機能した帰結でなく、双方向メディアとしてのインターネットが普及し、猛威をふるった結果として起こった。だからインターネットがテレビになったというのは不十分な表現で、テレビを超えた、いや、テレビ以外の何かとしてはびこるようになった、と表現すべきだったと思う。

「猛威をふるった」や「はびこるようになった」という書き方に、従来型のマスメディアよりも双方向メディアとしてのインターネットを貶める意図が無いのであれば、即刻改めるべき表現です。
特にこの表現は顕著なので注記しますが、「ならばマスメディアが猛威をふるいはびこっていた従来よりも良くなったでは無いか」と返答されるとは、本当に思いませんでしたか？
その返答に対して「マスメディアの方が優れていた」以外の回答を持っていますか？もしも持っていないのであれば、それは双方向メディアとしてのインターネットを見下した表現です。
「投票率が上がり、選挙活動への参加が増えたことは良いことだ」と言う書き方ではいけませんか？
馬鹿にする意図が無いのであれば「良かったですね」という表現は即刻改めるべきです。
単独の文言では無く、前後の文脈から、この文章を読み取った相手が「投票や選挙活動への参加を馬鹿にされた」と受け取らないと、本当に信じていますか？
「なるほど、コイツはインターネットで情報収集したり、いいねで応援したり、コメントを書いたり、自分で考えて投票した俺を、子ども扱いしているんだな」と受け取られる可能性が無いと思っていますか？
真摯に相手の人格を尊重してなおその表現しか出てこないのであれば、おどけた調子の文章を書くのは止め、少なくとも真面目な話題ではビジネス文書のように書くべきだと思います。
インターネットも含めた諸々をとおして、投票所により多くの人が足を運んだこと、より多くの人が選挙活動に参加したことだ。それって民主主義にとって基本的で必要不可欠なことでしょう？
段落内のおそらく骨子の部分である、この部分はとても良い書き方をしているだけに残念でなりません。
民主主義はタテマエとしてずっと、全員参加を謳っていたし、少なくとも欧米ではだいたいうまくいっていた。 まれに、チョビ髭の伍長のような人物を輩出するとしても、だ。
その前段の、民主主義論に関する部分は私自身の主義主張とは異なるが、それは捉え方の違いだろうと思う。

それ以外の意図を持つ文章として文脈を構成しているのであれば、全面的に書き直すべきです。おちゃらけた書き方をしようとするあまり、文脈上そう受け取る人がいても非難できないと思います。これよりのちの文章を読む限りではこの読み方をして欲しいと想定するしかないです。
（また、ヒトラーの例えを出しておいて「マスメディアという制御弁が民主主義政体を安定させる効果があったのは、たぶんそうだろう」と書く意図は量りかねます。ナチ党の躍進にラジオが大きな役割を果たしたことには一定の了解があるはずです）
いまどきの民主主義の理念を作り上げた人というと、ロックやルソーやジェファーソンといった近世～近代の思想家を思い出す。ところが彼らが生きていた時、末端の大衆にまで選挙権が行き渡り、末端の大衆の選択までもが民意にフィードバックされる民主主義を想像するのは難しかったのではないか。たとえば、民主主義の始祖たちの眼中に、立花氏がバカと呼んだ人々はどこまで含まれていただろうか？

「未来が明るいといいですね。」というのは、皮肉では無く本心からそう思っているのだとすれば、記載を即刻改めるべきです。
また皮肉を書いたつもりであれば、誰を皮肉ったのでしょうか？今回の選挙に参加した誰を馬鹿にする意図をもって表現されましたか？
シロクマ先生の「インターネットで民主主義が加速して良かったですね」という記事は、全体としては皮肉めいた、兵庫県知事選挙の結果を受けての現行の民主主義制度への感想でしょう。
これを、面白おかしいものとして読む人がいることは否定しません。（私もホットエントリーにあがってきたので読みました）
パワハラをする側にとって、されたものが右往左往したり泣いたり病んだり職を辞するのを見て愉快だと思うのと同じだという指摘です。
齋藤知事は、「よい県政をしていきたいという中で業務上の指導や注意を厳しくした」と表現しています。
前知事時代のパワハラを問題視した人は、この「業務上の指導や注意」の「やり方」を問題視したはずです。性根や意図、背景では無く、手法に問題があったのだと認識しているはずです。
愛があろうが、心の底から相手のことを思っていようが、パワーハラスメントに該当すれば、それはやはりパワーハラスメントなのだというのが、これからの社会での共通認識で合って欲しいと、自分は思います。
その意味で、シロクマ先生の「インターネットで民主主義が加速して良かったですね」という記事は、インターネットを利用して投票先を決定した人をバカだと呼び、彼らを選挙から排除すべきである、そうしなければ民主主義は壊れる、利するのは他国だ、という記事になっています。
そういう意味で書いたつもりでないのであれば、そう読み取れるようにおちゃらけた書き方をするべきではありません。すぐに改めてください。

曰く、英語の"How areyou?"（および"How'sit going?"などの類似した表現）には複数の機能がある。
単独で挨拶である場合も、"I'mfine,thanks. Andyou?" "I'm alsofine."と定型的やり取りを交わす社交辞令であることも、本当に相手の状態をたずねていることもある。最後の場合でも、ざっくりした無難な答えしか期待されていないときと、そうでもないときがある。
この切り分けは、相手との関係性や、会話の余裕がどれくらいありそうかといった状況から判断するしかない。
ただ会話はダイナミックなものなので、常に100%相手の期待に応えなくてもいい。おざなりな"I'mfine"が期待されているときに、「それがさあ、ちょっと聞いてよ」と本気の会話に持っていくことも、関係と状況によっては可能。
社会的慣習を共有しない非ネイティブスピーカーにとっても分かりやすい解説で良かった。
