■AIで地方創生の夢想をひっそりと楽しむ

私の生まれ故郷は北海道の東側である。

かつての北海道は札幌市(北海道の西)-旭川市(北海道の中央)-釧路市(北海道の東)の3都市によって道内経済の均衡が保たれていた。

釧路市の没落(北洋漁業の規制による縮小・炭鉱閉山・デジタル化に伴った新聞購読者減による新聞紙需要の低下)で札幌市一極集中化が進行した。

そして、札幌市と釧路市の中間に位置して北海道東西を結んでいた旭川市も札幌市と釧路市間を往来する必要性がなくなり巻き添えで没落するという憂き目にあっている。

この状況どうにもならんよなぁと考えてたが、ふと「AIに聞いてみたら良いんじゃね？」と思いついた。

一度はじめてみるとコレがまぁ面白い。どう考えても金が掛かり過ぎる夢のような計画がChatGPTやGeminiによってポンポンと出てきて、まるでシムシティで遊んでるかのような感覚があり、夢想の中で生まれ故郷を地方創生できてしまうのだ。

以下は、私がAIと共に作り上げた夢想「北海道グランドデザイン」(の文字数制限のため要約化)である。

まぁつまり AIの答えは札幌市へ一極集中するなら釧路市へ巨大なコンテンツ観光を創出し、そのコンテンツを需要する釧路市以西の人々を函館市から札幌市へ延伸中の北海道新幹線を更に延伸させ釧路市へ接続し、北海道の冬は厳しいからジェットコースターとか運休しちゃうし施設は全天候の完全屋内型にして、更に釧路空港から釧路駅を経由し厚岸町へリニア駆動する懸架式モノレールを建設し、厚岸町を温泉リゾートとして再開発し、定期便フェリーも復活させて首都圏の金のない若者でも気軽に遊びに来られるようにすると札幌市一極集中じゃなくて中間の旭川市も復活して北海道経済は活性化するよ！予算は6〜8兆円ね！って言ってる。

ちなみにアニメ云々、懸架式モノレール云々、厚岸町云々とか大体8割くらいはAIが考えた。私は「テーマパーク作ってもルスツリゾート遊園地みたいに冬運休すんじゃね？」とツッコミ入れた程度。

ちなみに経済波及効果は10〜12兆円で最終的には(労働人口問題が解消されているのであれば)黒字化するらしい。マジか。
