アニメ・ゲーム系ライターの多根清史氏がこんな発言してるけど、シロマサ氏は攻殻機動隊1.5巻でSACに文句言いまくってるだろ

約束を反故する神山監督

この話は当初、「シリーズのうち1話だけ僕と北久保氏にくださいね」 という事で社長、監督共に了承してもらい、2人で進めていたもの。実作業が始まると作品は監督のものになり、シナリオも修正された。まぁそんな予感もしてたけどね・・・・・・残念。

p.201でもシリーズ通して9課の無能を皮肉ってる

放送第2話に当たるこのTが実質上アニメスタッフのカラーが前面に出た第1話でもある。その話で9課の面々があまりにも「役立たず」として描写されており残念だった。

アニメ版Tもそれなりに面白いお話なのだが･･････。草薙が顔を出して名乗ったり、それを一般警官が知っていたりね。

攻殻は変態露出ねーちゃんが暴れる話じゃないぞ

憶えているだけで4回 「あのやる気のないブルマはやめてください」とお願いしたが、却下された。

そもそも「原作改変しながら協力的だった」ってまず協力が先だろ？

そのシロマサ氏の数々のプロット提供や助言を無視して、約束も反故されても協力的なわけじゃないだろ

あのSAC名物「世の中に不満があるなら～」に対して

冒頭のセリフで、「あぁTV版の草薙ってこういう人物なんだ………」と分かり、 僕の出番は無さそうなので、以降プロットの制作をやめた。

騒ぎたい人が大げさに言い出すだろうけど、あくまでもシロマサ氏は文句言ってるだけでキレてないからな

本書ではこの他にも多数批判されてるけど、テレビアニメ関係者にしっかり感謝も述べているし評価もしてる

あとこのブコメ「メディアの違いを理解しましょう」とか原作者は大人の態度取ってるだけと言いたそうだけど

シロマサ氏はイノセンスだって何度も繰り返し見てるぐらいお気に入りだし、こんだけ文句言ってるSACだろうが攻殻の映像作品に関してはキレてないわ

強いファン自称してるけどPIECESGemですら読んでないだろ？

もともとシロマサ氏は押井監督好きで（一番好きなのは天使のたまご）、GHOST IN THE SHELL見て、思ってたより改変してないって拍子抜けしたかのような感想だったしな

実際押井監督も脚本の伊藤氏も、複雑な原作を映画の尺に収めるためにシンプルにまとめる方向性だったし、フチコマ削ったのもシロマサ氏は真っ先に評価してる

とにかくこの手の原作改変話は原作改変自体を批判したかと思えば、自分がただ原作より先に見た原作改変作品は擁護したり、自分の意見に都合よく原作者持ち出したり、無視したりする輩が多すぎる

最後に俺が言いたいのはとにかく原作攻殻を読め

あと1巻だけじゃなく2巻も読んで評価しろ

Eventually,she had enough, Cinderella threwhershoesonher stairs and went back toherhouse inher bare feet.Hershoes weremade of glass, so they shattered intopieces.

Thenext day, whileher servantwas cleaning the castle,shefoundone shoeon the stairs. Obviously thinking thiswas strange,she secretly examinedhershoes and discovered that they had been smeared with a deadly amount ofpoison.

Rumors spread within the castle that this must be anattempt to kill theprince, and soon a large-scale investigationwas conducted. Even thoughit's a survey,it'ssimple.

Theideawas to create a replica of a shoe and imprison the personwho matchedit perfectlyas a suspect.

Andone afteranother, people were imprisoned just because of their size. Some of them had not been to the ball, but they thoughtit must be alie and were forciblytakenaway.

Eventually, an investigation came to Cinderella'shouse. That's when weall lookedathermother and child aftershewas discharged from the hospital, and of coursehersister didn'tfit.

Soall thatwas leftwas Cinderella. Then,hersister said to Cinderella, ``Hell suitsyou better than this world.''

Shewas of course the perfect size for Cinderella.

However,she protestedherinnocence, saying that I hadn'tgone to the ball and therewas nodressanywhere inthe house to proveit.

However, theprince showedhim anempty pack of cigarettes that had been discarded in a trash can and said, ``Thisis the samebrand that the criminalwas smoking thattime.Why?''

Then Cinderella grinned and

I unbuttonedall the buttonsonher jacket.

She said, ``Afterall, Ifeellike dancingwith the GrimReaper. Right,littleprince?''she said.

Bythe time theprinces realizedit,itwas already too late.

Thegrenade that fellathis feet blew up Cinderella and theprince.

The timewas aroundnoon. Bells rang throughoutthe city and residents prayed forlunch.

The flyingfragments of the shoe became a weapon, asad fragment that couldonly hurtsomeone, and noone could imagineitsoriginal form.

■校閲は何をしているのか

先日ホットエントリに入っていたブログエントリ、ColorfulPieces of Game『書籍「ゲームの歴史」について(5)』にて、

「校正・校閲はいったい何をしていたのか」

との言及があった（現在は修正済）ので、校閲業界では若輩者の私ですが、書籍の制作において「校閲は何をしているのか」を少しばかり紹介しておこうと思い立ちました。

まず前提としてご理解頂きたいのは、一冊の本が世に出るまでには様々な工程を経るわけですが、その中で校閲が関わるのは「かなり後のほう」という点です。

書籍の制作において最も時間を要するのは「筆者が原稿を完成させるまで」、次いで「社内の了承を得て刊行が決まるまで」のプロセスだと思われますが、校閲の出番は更にその後です。通常、校閲にゲラが回ってくる段階では既に発売日・刊行部数etc.が決定しており、余程の（筆者都合の）問題でも起きない限り(*1)動きません。つまり、「企画に無理がある」「内容がおかしい」といった理由で刊行を延期ないし撤回させる権限は、そもそも校閲には無いわけです。

校閲者でもフリーランスなら「降りる」という選択も可能ではありますが、企業に所属している場合だと、誰かが作業を引き受けざるを得ません。こうなると、多くの場合は「誤字・脱字etc.のチェック、および最低限（＝具体的には固有名詞・年月日etc.）の事実確認のみ行う」という対応となります。

「ファクトチェック」という言葉も指す内容が広いのですが、最優先でチェックすべきは、前述したように固有名詞・年月日etc.です。その次に、筆者の行った引用・要約etc.の確認作業(*2)が来るのですが、その際に「筆者の主張は妥当か」という評価を下すことは、校閲の権限を超えています(*3)。

そもそも筆者は誰よりもその分野に詳しいから本を書いているのであって、その内容を筆者以上の緻密さでチェックできる人間は、論理的には存在しないはず。そして、筆者の主張を世に出すことが妥当ないし有意義だと編集者・版元が判断したから、企画として動いているわけです。こうしたことを踏まえれば、校閲者の有する権限が編集者に比べるとかなり限定的なものに過ぎないこともお分かり頂けるかと存じます。言い換えますと、筆者・編集者が「内容はグダグダでも構わない」と開き直っている場合、校閲に抵抗する余地はありません。結果として事実誤認のオンパレードと化した本が世に出てしまった場合、その咎は筆者と編集者が負うべきである、と一介の校閲者としては考えます。

また、「チェックしようがない事柄」も存在します。例えば、筆者が行ったインタビューを基に書かれた原稿ですと、発言内容の真偽(*4)、あるいは遡って「本当にインタビューは行われたのか」を問うても意味がありません。また、専門的あるいはマニアックな内容(*5)だとか、そもそも記録が残っていないために手も足も出ないという例も、ままあります。

最近ですと、漫画・アニメ・ゲーム・音楽etc.に関する記述・論評をチェックしたい場合に、「信頼の置けるデータベースが見当たらない」という問題もあります。有名なシーンやトピックなら各所で言及されている場合もあるにせよ、本来なら現物を取り寄せて実際に確認するのが望ましいのでしょうが、実際の校閲作業でそんなことをしているわけにも参りません。最終的には筆者を信用せざるを得ず、どうにも頭の痛い問題です。

ついでながら、校閲を通す場合の金銭的なコストにも触れておきます。

例えば物議を醸した『日本国紀』の場合、一般的な相場ですと、素読み（＝ファクトチェックは行わず、誤字・脱字etc.のみ指摘する場合）は初校なら15万円程度、再校で10万円程度(*6)。更にファクトチェックも求められた場合、かかった時間に応じて別立てで請求することが多いのですが、作業可能な時間は刊行スケジュールに制約されることを考慮すると、20万円程度が上限かと思われます。当然ながら「作業量を考えると、この日程（or支払額）では無理」ということもあるわけで、そういう場合は「できる範囲で確認作業は行うが、手が回らなかった部分は、ともかく著者を信用する」という対応も起こり得ます。

気の利いた編集者ですと、先回りして「ファクトチェックは不要です」と言ってくれることもあるのですが、実際には「ツッコミどころが多過ぎることを編集者も自覚しているが、それを筆者との間で摺り合わせる時間も気力も無い」だけじゃないのか？と、一介の校閲者として邪推したくなることはあります。『ゲームの歴史』の制作進行は、どんな感じだったんですかね。

ともあれ校閲者としましては、単純な誤変換の見落としetc.の指摘に関してはひたすら恥じ入るばかりですが、「文章が破綻している」「内容が間違いだらけ」といったレベルのご批判でしたら、できれば筆者か版元へ向けて頂きたいと願う次第です。

(*1)個人的に経験した中で最もアツかったのは「筆者の不祥事（新聞沙汰になりました）が発覚して、既に校閲済＝刊行間近の新書の企画が飛んだ」という事例です。誤訳の指摘も含めて、ファクトチェック、すげえ頑張ったのに……。

(*2)挙げられている資料がアクセス困難で詰む事例は珍しくありませんが、中には筆者自ら資料を開示して「引用や要約が適切か確認してほしい」と依頼してくる例もあります。そういう場合は当然ながら、校閲者が責任を持って作業に当たることになります。

(*3)もっとも「前段と後段で主張が食い違うのでは？」といった指摘は起こり得ます。

(*4)無論、明白な事実誤認（記憶違い、言い間違いと思しき例など）が含まれていれば、その旨は指摘します。

(*5)とりあえずネット上で検索を試みたものの、ほとんど筆者自身による論文しかヒットしない、という事例は実際に経験しました。

(*6)ここを著者と編集者で校正することにしてしまえば多少ともコストを圧縮できるわけですが、その結果どうなるかというと……

なるほど、シシンさんのトークはプルタルコスの記述に忠実だ。少なくとも彼女は盛って話していたわけではない。

で、プルタルコスの『英雄伝』が書かれたのは後2世紀初頭と言われているんだけど、ここで逸話が語られているリュクールゴスはだいたい前9世紀頃に活躍した人物と言われているのね。彼はスパルタの半ば伝説的な立法者。要するにプルタルコスは直接スパルタで鉄貨を見たんじゃなくて「1000年くらい前のスパルタではそういうことがあったらしいよ」っていう伝承を語っているのよ。古事記かな？

ところで根本的に、古代ギリシャでは鉄の棒を通貨として使っていた地域があったらしいんだよね。「わざと鉄の棒を通貨として採用した」んじゃなくて「もともと鉄の棒をお金として使ってた」だと、かなりイメージ変わってこない？

ちょっと古い文献だけど，Charles Seltmanっていう貨幣の専門家が書いたABook of GreekCoinsっていう本にも次のようなくだりがある。

なんでかというと、スパルタがあったラコニア地方は単純に鉄が採れる地域なんだってさ。そら、鉄が採掘できるなら鉄貨使うわな。

さらにこうも書かれている。

要するに、

• スパルタ人が鉄の棒を通貨として使ってたのは事実
• でもスパルタ以外の都市でも使ってた（なぜなら鉄の産地だから）
• 実用的な通貨だった可能性がある
• わざと重くした、って書いてあるのはあくまで数百年後に書かれた文献での話

ってことね。

「質実剛健さを重んじてわざとコインを使わなかった」のが仮に史実だとしても、「あえて鉄の棒を採用した」んじゃなくて「鉄の棒を使い続けた（＝コインを採用しなかった）」というのが本当のところなんだろうなぁ。

あと，「偉い人の論文読んでみたら、普通にスパルタでは外国の通貨使ってたらしいよ」というブログ記事も見つけた。ただ元の論文がなかなか見つけられないので確定的なことは言えないけれど……

このエピソード、英語で色々ググってみたけど全部出典がプルタルコスに行き着くので、考古学的裏付けはあまりないっぽいんだよね。まあプルタルコスはおもしろネタが満載なわけだけど、そこしか出典がないとなると結構胡散臭いんじゃないかな。

もちろん増田は古典ギリシャ語とか読めない素人だから、実際には他のところにも記述があったり、考古学的証拠が見つかっていたり、リュクールゴス時代の古文書が発掘されている可能性もあるわけだけど、個人的にはシシンさんのスパルタの鉄貨に関するトークを信じる気にはなれないかなと思いました。

この記事に鉄の串の写真があって、シシンさんが解説を寄せている。解説の文面はまあ納得のいく見解なので（串がコインに先立つことや、コイン出現後もスパルタでは串が使われていたと書いている。そこに異論はない）、動画でのトークはネタに振り切った感じなんだろうか……

シシンさんの動画のそこ、笑ったw　増田も調査サンキューやで　／　その上で、動画はFGOというゲームを楽しむユーザー向けで、論文ではない。そこでネタとして紹介してくれたものに目くじらを立てる気に私はならんな

FGOファン向けなら史実かどうかは怪しいおもしろエピソードを史実かのように話していい…ってコト!?　ワ…ワァ…FGOファンにもシシンさんにも失礼すぎて泣いちゃった！

様々な論点があるので100字に入りきらないが，スパルタは貴金属貨幣を禁止していたということと，リュクルゴス制の成立を前９世紀とするのは後世による「伝統の創造」であるこことは指摘したい。

書き方が悪かったかもしれませんが、鉄貨の存在や貴金属貨幣の禁止は否定していません。

動画では、シシンさんは「スパルタはお金をどんどん重くしていって、賄賂や贅沢を抑止していた脳筋国家である（少しでも金額が大きくなると持ちきれないほどの重さになるから袖の下は渡せないし、持つことで鍛えられるから）」と言っています。

これ、前提知識なしで聞くと「バーベルのような鉄貨は堕落を嫌ったスパルタの発明」と聞こえるんですよ。実際に増田にこの話を面白そうに話した友人もそう理解していましたし、増田もトークを聞いてそう理解しました。そして実際にプルタルコスはそう書いています。

でも実際には、単にコインの発明前からスパルタやその周辺地域には棒状の貨幣があって、スパルタはそれをコインに置き換えなかった、という話なんですよね。で、参考文献に挙げた本にも「マッチョイズムじゃなくて経済的だから使ってたんじゃない？」と書いてある（最後に引用したセンテンス）。これ絶妙に史実を勘違いさせるトークになってません？　って思っちゃうんですが、どうでしょう。

（もちろん、副次的効果として賄賂の抑止や筋力増強はあったかもしれませんが、それが主目的であるかのように論じられると……都会民は電車通勤ゆえに自家用車通勤の地方民より体力があったりしますが、都民の体力を増強させるために都はメトロを整備したんだ、と言い出したら違う話になるでしょう？）

リュクールゴスが実在の人物であるかのような筆致はご指摘のように不用意でした。

タイトルの通り、Reason!!はまだしもGLORIOUSRO@Dは全体曲とは思いたくない話をします。

アニメ最高でした。毎週楽しみでとても良い出来だったと思います。

Reason!!はアニメ主題歌として315STARS(Jupiter,DRAMATIC STARS,Beit,High×Joker,W, S.E.M)が歌っています。GLORIOUSRO@Dは最終回に挿入歌として公開され、同じく315STARSが歌っています。

・何故GLORIOUSRO@Dは全体曲では無いのか

タイトルを直訳すると「輝かしい道」です。歌詞は輝かしく進んでいく決意を綴っています。

■GLORIOUSRO@Dには歌詞およびダンスにおいてスターティングメンバーである6ユニットがモチーフに作られています。アニメの集大成として、この6ユニットが進んできた今までの思い出が詰まっていて感慨深い曲となっています。

本題：GLORIOUSRO@Dは全体曲と思いたくない。

上記の通りです。集大成として最高の曲ですがいかんせん6ユニットに限定され過ぎている。

もちろんSLとかアニバとかを全く知らない人からすれば普通に良い曲で誰が歌ってもいいんでしょうが、知ってる身からすればこういう仕掛けに気づきます。そしてこれは言わずもな「良い」ものです。過去を大切にしつつ未来へ進んでいくSideMとして「エモい」ものです。良い仕掛けです。

しかし、「じゃあ残りの9ユニットは？」と思ってしまうわけです。

歌詞もダンスもアニメスターティングメンバー(以後スタメン)を意識して作られたもので歌うことに違和感を覚えます。

そもそも歌ってないし、アニメではアイドルですらなかった。彼らは輝かしい道をまだ踏み出してすらいないのにこの曲は私は違うと思いました。

〜ここらへん愚痴っぽいので飛ばしてOK〜

アニメは良い出来だったし大成功だと思います。ファスライを見てアニメの方向性が決まったとのことなので、このスタメンであのアニメになったのは納得できます。まだアイドルではない姿で登場する演出も「今しかできない」と言われて一理あるとは思いました。

神アニメでした。しかしあの神アニメの中に私の担当アイドルは居なかったです。アイドルですらなかった。今まで私が見てきた彼らは居ませんでした。

なんでも必ずしも「順番」があるのは承知しています。それがどうにもならないことも承知しています。だからこそ辛く思えてしまうことがあります。

ファスライは大好きで冗談抜きで発売から半年くらいほぼ毎日見ていました。315プロのアイドルも全員大好きです。ただ担当というものはどうしても特別に感じてしまいます。

3rdアニバCDは2ndアニバCDの発売情報発表が2016年の315の日だったのもあり、当時からとても待ち望んでいました。しかし発売を待つにつれ、広告や宣伝からすると、アニメ期間が終わってからではないと出ないと悟り、実際アニメ終了後ライブツアー期間に発売となりました。SLでスタートをきった彼らの約2年ぶりのユニット新曲は本当に待ち遠しかったです。

SL順やアニメ効果でアイドルの露出等もあり、グッズに関しても必ずしも自分の担当ユニットが発売されないのも悲しかったです。

アニメ期間のリアル315プロ企画は大きなコラボも多かったですが、やはりアニメ化によるものなのでスタメンのみの起用、グッズもスタメンばかりで仕方がないのはわかっていますが残念でした。もちろんSideM全員好きなのですが、例えばナンジャで楽しもうというとき、コラボフードは何を食べよう…とか、パルココラボで新グッズを前にして、何を買おう…となってしまうのが悲しく思えました。

あとこれは比較的前の話になるのですが、ドラスタ〜カフェパレまではダンスレッスンお渡し会リリイベの映像がニコ生で公開されていますが、アルテ虎牙道もふ旗レジェはまだです。「まだ」と言っていいのかわかりませんが、そういった『今まで当たり前にあると思っていたものが無いのが本当に悲しいのです。』アニバにせよグッズにせよ、第一弾を見て「いいな、羨ましいな、自分のユニットも楽しみだ。」と言ってからどれだけのものがどれくらい過ぎたのか考えたくありません。コンテンツが人気商売なのはわかっていますがそういったところにも気を配って欲しかったです。

アニメ化に伴って持ち曲の差が出るのは覚悟していました。しかしながら幕張初日は揃うユニットを優遇しつつもう少しセットリストを考えて欲しかったです。せめて彩はもう一曲歌って欲しかったです。アニメユニにも曲も歌い、流星と夏時間を歌うなら、9ユニにも３rdアニバ合同曲を歌って欲しかった。

オリジナルメンバーでの披露を貫くなら持ち曲の数を揃えて欲しい、持ち曲の差が出るならオリジナルメンバーでの披露をやめて欲しいと常々感じてしまいます。

1stライブではライブ後にモニターでムービーが流れました。mini姿の8ユニットは楽屋で出演ユニットを迎えていました。彼らはちゃんといました、それだけで救われました。心の隅でアニメでファスライをなぞるならもしかしたら…と期待していたのが馬鹿らしかったです。アニメの世界では担当は最初から最後まで通行人でしかなかったのです。

■Reason!!について

「Reason!!はまだしも〜」としてる理由についてです。

この点については人によって千差万別だと思いますが個人的な考えです。

Reason!!の歌詞は理由を歌いつつスタートしていくオープニングとしてぴったりの曲です。歌詞は特定のユニットに限定的ではないので自分としては全体曲の扱いとしては納得しています。もちろんすべてのユニット歌唱verもあればより嬉しかったです。

(しかしながら、アイマスを象徴するような歌詞や、『輝きの向こう側へ』という歌詞を担当にも歌って欲しかった思いはあります。アニメにおいてアイドルではない＝まだ輝いていないという事実は残念に感じます。)

■「3rdライブにつながる大切な曲」

ランティスSideMのTwitterおよび315プロNightにおいてGLORIOUSRO@Dは3rdライブにつながる大切な曲と紹介されていました。

正直「全員出演の3rdライブで歌詞もダンスも6ユニモチーフの曲を？」と思いました。3rdライブは『GLORIOUSST@GE』なのでGLORIOUSRO@Dがフューチャーされるのは仕方がないのですが。そもそもなんでGLORIOUSST@GEなんですかね。全員出演なのに。栄光なる、輝かしいという意味は2ndからの流れとしてぴったりだとは思います。ただGLORIOUSRO@DでGLORIOUSST@GEなのが納得できないというか、よくわからない、というのが本音です。

私はシンデレラガールズもしています。デレアニでもオープニングとしてStar!!とShine!!、最終回挿入歌の@曲としてM@GICがあります。ライブではすべて全員曲として扱われています。歌っているアイドルはSideM同様に限られていますが、GLORIOUSRO@Dほど抵抗が無いのは歌詞がすべてのアイドルを表していると感じるからです。

SideMはSideMで他のタイトルを出すのはお門違いかとも思いますが、個人的に同じようにやっているアイマスとして名前を出させて頂きました。

■おわり

要は歌詞とダンスが全員曲として気に食わないからGLORIOUSRO@Dは全員曲と思いたくないって話でした。普通に6ユニットでアンフィでやるFIVEST@R Party披露したほうが感動できたと思いました。

ライブタイトルにするなら最初から全員で歌える曲で歌って欲しかった。別に全員で歌えるんですけどね、事実全員で歌ってますし。聴いてるこっちの感情が微妙なだけです。自分勝手な話ですが。

幕張仙台楽しかったです。残りのツアーも楽しみです。楽しみましょう。
