なんで日本除くのか？
まず投資の基本なんだけど、自分の場合は「生活が破綻しないこと」。
大きく儲けて遊んで暮らすとかじゃない。
世の中が大変になっても、自分と家族が生きて行けるって事が一番にくる。
これをベースに話していくんだが、
この時、自分の働いている会社が潰れたり、収入が減ったりする可能性が高い。
これがダブルリスクということ。これを拒否するために、日本株式には投資しないわけだ。
では、逆の状況を考えてみる。日本経済がものすごく良くて日本株式が上昇し、インフレが起きるっていう状況。
日本経済がめちゃめちゃ良くなっても、賃金はそんなに上がらない。
日本経済が良くなる時、同時に世界経済も良くなる可能性が高い。こういう時には世界株式から利益が上がるので問題はない。
ただ、これが起きる可能性が非常に低いので、やはり日本株式に投資する必要はない。
景気が良すぎて、日本株がアホほど上昇してる時っていうのは自分の仕事だってまずまずうまくいく。
インフレに対する自分の給与の伸びはおそらく追いつかない。インフレにやや苦しむだろうが、おそらく生活はできるだろう。
ただ、これが成り立つのは45歳である俺とか、30歳である元増田の話。
もしも高齢者で働けないのなら、日本株にも少し入れといてもいいと思うよ。
でも、優秀な日本の年金が物価スライドっていう素晴らしい制度を用意しているし、日本株式にも投資してくれているからね。
個人で対応しなくても、国が最初から準備してくれてるんだ。すごいよね。
労働人口の減少と高齢化率の上昇は経済にとって圧倒的にマイナス。
移民受け入れも進んでおらず、将来的に労働人口の減少から日本経済は徐々に停滞する可能性が高い。
そもそも日本の経済成長に期待しにくいのだが、仮にものすごく経済成長した場合にはアメリカさんが文句言ってきて、日本経済を抑圧するからね。
実際にそれがあった。
1980年代にJapanasNo.1 な時代があったけれど、プラザ合意で円高。バブル崩壊。
これだって別にリーマンショックみたいなもんで。政府が適切に対処すりゃここまで傷は大きくならなかったと思うんだけど。土地バブルとか原野商法とか放置して現在までその傷が尾を引いてるわけだからね。親からの相続でよくわかんない北海道の山野とかが出てきて唖然とした人は結構いるんじゃない？？

1980年代後半、当時の公定歩合見ても、なんで日銀もっと早く利上げしなかったんだって本当イライラするよ。
今だって10月に利上げすべきだったと俺は思ってるんだが、まだ利上げしてないしね。
利上げをすれば多額の変動住宅ローン背負っている人とかが苦しむのはそうなんだけど、そういう失敗した人たちはある程度切り捨てていかないと、経済ってのは成長しないんだよ。
社会主義・弱者救済と経済成長とは両立しにくい。弱者切り捨てをしながら全力で経済成長に振り切った国家には経済成長で負けちゃうんだよね。
で、次に、日本のシルバー民主主義の話だが。日本は高齢者が多くて年金に頼って生活してる人が多い。
めちゃめちゃ株式が上がるときはインフレも起きるけど、年金生活者はインフレに耐えられないんで、インフレが起きないような政策的に揺り返しが起きる。
現在、高市政権でインフレが起きてるけど、高齢者から反発を食らって落ち着いてくると思いますね。
で、今書いたように政策的な部分でも日本っていうのは経済成長に全振りできない要素がある。
株が上がって経済成長したとしてもアメリカさんや高齢者さん達から物言いが入ってどこかでストップになる。
もう1つ、地政学的リスク。アメリカと中国の経済対立の最前線に立ってるっていうのもマイナス要因だよね。台湾有事とか。
安倍政権下でものすごい量的緩和をしてきたとか、日銀が日本株インデックスETF を相当買い入れて上がっているとかね。
たまに「日本は世界で最も成功した共産主義国家だ」なんて冗談も見ますが。あながち間違ってない。
理想的ポートフォリオみたいな話があって、時価総額通り均等に投資すればそれが一番良い。
リスク少なく大きなリターンを期待できるっていう理論があるけど、それって世界中の株式市場が理想的に運営されてる場合の話ね。
実際には各国に色んな規制があり、日銀による日本株ETF大量購入とかがあるわけで理想的な状況ではないのよ。
理想的ポートフォリオを達成するための理想的条件が現実世界には存在しないのよ。現実世界は理想からずれているわけ。
あとはテクニカルな面もある。
元の記事にも書いた通り、我々の年金っていうのは結構大きな部分が日本株に投資されている。
だから自己資金では日本株式を減らさないと理想的ポートフォリオからズレてしまう。
だから理想的ポートフォリオ追求しようとするならも、自分の年金額を考えて、日本株投資分を除いて投資しなきゃいけない。
やっぱり一定程度は日本株を除く投資をしなきゃいけないって話になる。
とはいえ、元記事も書いた通り、「日本株に含むか含まないか」っていうのは投資収益の大きな部分ではない。だから含んだって構わない。
これを書いたのは「日本株除く」に疑問が多く出ていたからで、別に「この投資が唯一絶対の正しい投資方針だ」なんて俺は思っていない。
自分がうまくいった方法だし、再現性高く、他の人も実践できると思っている。
だから、自分の妻の資金も子供たち（未成年）の資金もこの方針を運営していて、家族全体でも投資は成功している。
1000万円投資先が分からないニキのために書き、言葉足らずだった部分を補った。

このところ日本株式インデックスが過去最高値を更新していたね。
これが経済の仕組み。上がってほしいのはわかるが、昇給を勝ち取るのは大変だ。

その儲けが100万なのか、1000万なのか知りませんが、長期投資で取り戻せる額だと思います。
そういうのって言い出したらきりがないよ。見逃してきた10倍株、100倍株。たくさんあるはず。iPhone を買う代わりにApple 株を買っておけばとか。Kindle 本を買う代わりにAmazon 株を買っておけばとかね。
仕事に精を出し、日々研鑽を積み重ね、投資は気にせず、じっくり豊かな人生を歩んでいきましょう！

会社が購入資金を補助してくれるなら話は変わってくる。その場合はリスク許容できる範囲で持ち株会に入るのがいいんでないかな。
持ち株が増えすぎてリスクが大きくなりすぎたら、持ち株分、自社を先物で売ってリスクヘッジすればいいんじゃない？ ただ、リスクヘッジにもコストがかかるから状況によるよね。

確かに価格的に為替リスクはない。だけど、日本の株式会社は海外にも事業を広げているので、間接的に為替の影響はあるよね。
＞全体の成長は低いけど日経225の一部は成長が著しいこと。例えば2025年のS＆P500のリターンは18%だが日経高配当50は30%。低リスク資産として分散するのは普通にありだと思う。
これは非常に危うい考え方。
日経225はリスク（上下の値動き）がかなり大きい。よく言われる通り、ファストリとか一部株式の比重が高すぎるんだよね。
「2025年のリターンは」って、1990年のリターンはどうでしたか？
長期投資をするなら、よかった1年だけを切り抜くべきではないよ。
日経高配当50については知らないけど、基本として高配当株はインカムゲインが高い分、キャピタルゲインが少なく、長期的には他の投資と大して変わらない。
投資のコツは価値のあるものを安く買うこと。値段が上がった後から買うのは、「それでもまだ安い」と思えるときだけ。

海外に投資することを日本を捨てているとか。海外の発展のためにお金を使っているとか、誤解しているのかな？ 違うよ。逆だよ。逆。
ちゃんと経済情報を読んでるやつならわかってると思うけど、今の日本の産業構造って昔とは変わっていて
バブル期までは工業製品を作って海外に輸出して儲けるっていう産業構造だったけど。
今は海外からの投資収益が多い。つまり俺のように海外の株とか会社に投資して、その儲けが日本に入ってきて、その代金で原油や天然ガス輸入するっていう、そういう産業構造に変わってきている。
だから「日本除く」で外国に投資するっていうのは「日本を捨ててる」わけじゃなくて、海外の投資の利益を日本に吸い上げてるんだよ。
「日本を除くなんていう日本人しか買わない投資商品笑」みたいな意見もあったけど、ヴァンガードの扱ってるアメリカ除いた商品、あれだって。アメリカ人しか買わんやろ。そりゃそうだよ。
俺はきちんと前提条件を示して、その前提のもとで自分の投資方針を書き、その投資方針を元増田にも薦めてる。
俺の意見に反発を覚えたのは、それはおそらく前提条件が違うんだろう。別にどっちが正しいとか言うんじゃなくて、何を有意にとっているか違ってるっていうこと。人はみんな違うから、前提条件もみんな違うのは当たり前。
単に反発するんじゃなくて、自分の考えを深掘りしてどういう前提条件を持っているのかを考えたら、自己理解も深まるんじゃないかな？

三大ネット証券、楽天証券、SBI証券、マネックス証券のいずれかがいい。
基本は楽天かSBIから選ぶのだけど、この2社は結構システム変更があった。情報を追いかけるのが面倒なので、個人的にはマネックス証券をお勧めする。ネット証券の黎明期からずっと安定して営業してきて、これまで大きな変更が少なかった印象。
銀行でも投資できるけど、ネット証券は0.03～0.3％程度のポイントが付くのが馬鹿にならない。1000万×10年なら3～30万円の違い。
年間最大の240万円分を eMaxis slim世界株式インデックス（除く日本） に投資する。
日本を除くのはリスク分散のため。日本で働いている以上、日本に投資するのはダブルリスクになる。
いきなりこんなにたくさん買うのに抵抗があるなら、ぶっちゃけ買わなくても良い。積立投資だけでもいい。
最大額、月々10万円分を eMaxis slim世界株式インデックス（除く日本） に投資する。

iDecoは良し悪しがある。税金を減らせるメリットがある反面、退職まで引き出せない。
仮に「家を買いたい」となっても引き出せないし、大病をして「あと1年の命」と言われても引き出せない。
〇手もと現金について
何かあった時（「家族が交通事故」「パワハラうつ退職」etc…）のためにある程度の手元資金は現金で置いておくべし。
資産が増えてきたら、NISA 枠以上に投資をすることになる。200万円なり余裕資金は取って置き、超えた分だけを同じくeMaxis slim世界株に投資する。
投資信託は売却から現金化し、銀行に移して引き出せるまでに1週間から10日ぐらいかかる。
すぐには引き出せないことに注意！！
◆終わりに
家を買いたい、車を買いたい、結婚式をあげたいとか、お金が必要になったら必要な分だけ現金化して（投資信託を売って）利用する。
株式インデックス投資は10年とか20年以上投資できれば ほぼほぼプラスになる。逆に言えば10年・20年未満は赤字になってる可能性も十分にあり、それを理解・納得しておく必要がある。
日本人の平均寿命は80歳を超えている。中年以降、徐々に頭や体が動かなくなる中、豊かな生活を送るために早めの投資開始が安全。
将来妻や子供に贈与・遺産相続するつもりでも、売る必要はない。投資信託のままで贈与・相続できる。
土地とか仮想通貨とか石油のような商品に投資するかとか、為替がどうこう、FXが儲かるだの投資先悩むと思うんだけど。
そういった諸々含め、様々なビジネスを利用してお金を儲けているのが株式会社。あまり色々考えず、株式インデックス投資を開始するのが吉。
歴史的に見て、安定して長期間儲けられる（られた）のが株式インデックス投資っていう話。
それ以外のには安定性とか歴史が不足している。一時的には大きく儲かる可能性はある。ただ、それはギャンブルに近い。
株式投資（資本家）の方が労働者よりも儲かる（R＞g 参考図書：２１世紀の資本）のは、資本家の方がより多くのリスクを取っているからだと思う。リスクを取った人がより大きく儲けられる（リスクプレミアム）が存在する以上、今後も株式投資は儲かる可能性が高い。
労働者は労働時間や労働量、成果物に対して確定した賃金を要求する。一方で資本家は、儲かるか損するかわからない。リスクを一手に引き受けている。このリスクを受け入れるに、より多くのリターンがないと成り立たない。この部分がリスクプレミアム。
1つの会社だけに投資するのはリスクが高いけど、世界経済全体に投資することができる世界株式インデックスは、今後も安定して儲かる可能性が高い。実際に多くの年金基金（≒国家と言ってもいい）が株式インデックスに投資をしているからね。
多くの国家が株式インデックスに損をさせるわけにはいかないんだよ。株式インデックスが損をする事態になったら税は不足し年金も破綻し、それは国家の破綻も意味するからね。
景気が悪くなると、国家は経済対策をして結果として株式が上がる。ね？
◆自分はネット証券の出てきた2000年頃から投資してる。資産＞億。45歳。
当初は日本株、中国株、米国ETF、FX、REIT、債券などもやってたけど、今はインデックス投資のみ。先物とかオプション、仮想通貨などはやってない。

昔はその名前だったんだけど、どんどん名前も制度も変わってんだよなぁ、アップデートしてなかった。
俺はそれは読んでなかったからわかんなかったが、今ネット無料記事見に行ったらスタートから違うじゃん。
向こうはまずスタートがidecoとかNISA積立でしょ。ぜんぜんちがう。ideco は余裕ある人がやるもので、普通の人がスタート地点からやるものじゃない。平均的年収450万円の人がideco やる余裕あるか？
それよりもなるべく早く一括で世界株式インデックス投資を始めるべきっていうウォール街のランダムウォーカーの立場に近い。
俺はまず一括投資してそこから次に積立なんだ。タイミングよりも、なるべく長期間投資することを重視してるんだよ。株式が上昇する期間は短いのに対して下落する期間の方が長く続くから、その短い上昇を捉えるため、なるべく長い時間市場に居続けないといけないっていう考えだから。タイミングそこまで重視してないんだよ。
長期的には上がるなら、長期に相場に居座った方がいい。つまり、積み立てではなく、早く投資を開始した方が正しい。
※ただし、一括で買って直後に暴落した場合、精神的に耐えられなくなるのが最大の損失（心理的リスク）である。それが心配なら、時間を分けて買う（ドルコスト平均法）ことを選択しても、長期投資では結果に大きな差はない

あとごめんけど、自分の投資方針が99点取れるなんて考えはない。だから99点記事のリライトって言われるのは困るな。
現代ポートフォリオ理論が正しいと思ってるから、インデックス投資してるわけでもない。経済が成長するのに合わせて、その利益を自分でも享受できればそれでいい。
結果的にこうなっただけ。インデックス投資だけが正解とも思ってない。
ここに書いてあるようなことは長期投資をやってる人にとって常識。
どこにでもあるようなアドバイス。
だけれども、それが1000ブクマを超えるのだから、一般人にとっては今でも非常識なんだろう。
「日本を除く根拠が薄弱」とかって謎。インデックスファンドから日本を除いたところでリターンにほとんど影響ない。
日本を入れるか、除くかは趣味の問題でしかない。俺はダブルリスクの考え方で除いてるっていうだけの話。
日本はシルバー民主主義で子供や若者に多くの負担を押し付け、高齢者にお金を強力に配分する政策を行ってきた。今後も続くだろう。
検索してみれば良い。ここ2-30年、若者の資産は減り続け、高齢者の資産は増え続けている。他の欧米諸国とは異なる。欧米諸国でも高齢者の資産は増え続けているが、若者の資産は減っていない。
若者から資産を取り上げて、高齢者に分配してきたのが日本なんだよ。
医療保険制度とか調べてみな。こんなのがずっと成立すると思うかい？ 健康保険では後期高齢者一人あたり、年100万円を支出してるんだよ？
高齢者にお金を分配したって銀行に溜め込み、銀行が日本国債を購入するだけ。国の仕事は公共の福祉を提供すること。お金が国債に回ったところで、経済成長はない。
おまけに日本では安い金額で素晴らしいサービスを提供するのは当たり前とされている。
よく言われるように「日本でサービスを受けるなら最高。働くのは最悪」。どんなに素晴らしいサービスを提供したところで、高い料金を取るのは悪とされる。
日本は「良くあって」欲しいと思ってるよ。
だけど投資するかは別。
達成することは不可能。いわゆるオルカン、日本を含むオルカンだって全世界の株式市場を網羅しているわけではない。
そもそも国民年金が日本株に結構投資してるからねぇ…わざわざ自己資金でまで日本株式に入れたら理想的ポートフォリオから外れるでしょ。
現在年金の運用は、日本株・海外株、日本債券・海外債権がそれぞれ1/4ずつになっているらしい
ただね。
俺だって意見は変わるし、これが唯一ベストの方法なんて思ってないからね。自分にあった方法を探して見つければいいんだよ。

経営サイドからすると、パワハラ・セクハラを放置して利益を最大化した方がいい。だけど、放置しすぎると組織が荒廃する。今度は取り締まりを厳しくする。この行ったり来たりがあるので、どんな組織でもパワハラに甘くなる時期もあるし、厳しくなる時期もありうる。
自分のいた業界、医療業界。特に大学病院では放置する傾向が強いね。教授会・医局・専門医などのシステムが、独裁者を生む仕掛けになっている。
どこをどう読んだらそう言う解釈になるの？
そして、「医局制度」が独裁者を生む仕組みになってるんだよね。
「だから言わないでおく」って書いてあった？ どこだろう…探したけど分からなかった。ゴメン。

馬鹿正直に法令遵守してたら成果は出ないからねぇ。どうしてもパワハラも発生してしまう。現状のシステムでは、医療関係は基本そうでしょう。リソース不足すぎる。
それもそう。そして法令違反を行わないと成果が出ないくらいリソースが足りない。
パワハラ含め違反の放置は管理責任。教授などの管理者は管理責任を問われたくない。全てをもみ消す蓋然性が高い。
