I just recently moved to a newarea inTokyo, I called a nearbyclinic tomake a reservation (inJapanese) and pretty quickly into the conversation, the receptionist asked if I couldgosomewhere else instead. このサンプルコードでは、アクティブシート内の「A1」セルが結合されているかどうかを確認しています。もし結合されている場合、「Range.MergeArea」メソッドを使用して結合されたセルの範囲を求め、そのアドレスをコンソールに出力しています。
年末といえば買ってよかった系エントリーなので、自分も書いておきたい。
主に在宅勤務をしていく上で、導入によってQOLが向上したものを備忘録がわりにメモしていく。
なお、デバイスやPC周辺機器などの仕事環境などを知りたい人には全く参考にならないことを先に記載しておく。
生活用品や所帯染みた話を読みたいという人はぜひこの先を読んで欲しい。
在宅勤務の日は戦いの最中であるので、ランチはまともな時間に取れないことが多い。
また、隙間時間でさっと用意できることが望ましいので、ここ数年は「味噌汁＋ごはん＋ご飯の友」を平日ランチの基本にしている。
具材を切る
鍋に水または湯に切った具材、だし（増田は粉末ほんだしを愛用）を入れて5分程度煮る
鍋の中で味噌をとく
その中でもこの味噌マドラーを導入してからは味噌を作る工程が着実に少なくなった。
文章量のせいで3と4があまり手間でないように見えるのは気のせいだ。
味噌をすくう→そのまま鍋でとく が一つのツールで完結できて、しかも溶けるのが早い。
一人分や二人分など少人数分の味噌もすっとすくえる。そして洗い物も少ない。
味噌マドラーを導入してから、それまで味噌汁を作るときの心理的負荷が0.25ソースコードレビューだったのが0.1レビューくらいになった。
ぜひ試してみて欲しい。
味噌汁は好みがあると思うが、私は山岡士郎と違って複数種類の具が入っているのが好きだ。
なぜなら味噌汁を飲むのは平日の在宅勤務の時で、他におかずを用意する暇などない。
たいていは自分の好みで味噌汁の具に使える野菜（大根、青菜、ジャガイモ、えのきだけなど）を揃えているが、これを常備していると正統派感が出る。
適当に切った野菜一種類プラス、この具セットで「わかめ、油揚げ、ネギ」が補強される。
たまに入れすぎて増えすぎたワカメちゃんのような味噌汁になるのも一興だ。食物繊維はとって損はない。
ジムなどに行くとき用に水をペットボトルで買い始めて数年たったが、たまたまノンラベルを買ってからはラベル付きのペットボトルを買う気が起きない。
ラベルを剥がすという手間はちょっとしたことだが、それがないだけで日々はちょっとだけ楽ちんだ。
ちなみに最近はジムはサボり気味で、朝起きた時に喉が粘ついてるので水を飲む、家ヨガに切り替えたのでヨガ中に水を飲む、常備薬の胃腸薬を飲むときに水を飲むの3点セット。
今は水と炭酸水をそれぞれノンラベルで箱買いしているが、実はウォーターサーバーとソーダストリームを検討している。
まだ変わっていける＝より良い選択肢を試せるというのも生活の醍醐味だと思う。
朝シャン派の増田はドライヤーが嫌いで、以前は出社の前にシャワー浴びて外に出るために必要なのでドライヤーをかけていた。
それがいざ在宅勤務になってみたら、朝シャンの後に髪を乾かす必要性がない。
ただ自然乾燥だとなんとなくスタイリングが決まらず（在宅勤務のくせにスタイリングとは、と思われるかもしれないが、zoom会議のギャラリービューに映る自分がコンディションの出来不出来があるというのは地味にストレス減になると感じている）美容師に相談してみた。
「ドライヤーが嫌いなら、良いやつにしたら乾かす時間が短いのでおすすめですよ！」
その発想はなかった。これまで使っていた3,000円くらいのやつから30,000円台くらいのドライヤーにした。
家電音痴な自分だが、スペックの違い（そして値段の違い）を肌で感じられる良い体験になった。
最近は寒いので、二日に一回はちゃんと髪を乾かすようにしている。それ以外は濡れ髪で会議に出ている。
知人に勧められるまで、コインランドリーというのは家に洗濯機がない人が使うものだと思ってた。
うちにはドラム式洗濯乾燥機があるしそれで十分事足りる、と思っていたが、シーツを週一で洗うようになったらコインランドリーは便利だった。
特に寒くなるとボアシーツだけでも結構な容量を必要とするので、家のドラム式だとまず洋服が洗えなくなる。
コインランドリーに持っていけばボアシーツどころか毛布も一緒に洗って90分前後で乾燥できる。
しかも最近は交通系ICや電子マネーが使えるコインランドリーも多いし、稼働状況をwebサイトで見られるランドリーもある。
毎日使うものではないにせよ、身近で押さえておくと生活の自由度が広がった。

それまで一人暮らしの中で植物を買うといったらたまの切花程度（あまり華美でない季節の切り花、花屋で300円程度）だったが、鉢物を育ててみたいと思った。
合計4鉢くらい買って、今は2鉢が多分元気に育っている。
毎朝「おはよう」と声をかけると良いよと植物育て上手の友人に教えられ、毎朝その通りにして水やりをしている。
仕事においても育成は業務の一つだが、植物はうまくいかなくても少なくともコミュニケーションに悩まなくていい。植物を育てることはメンタルに有用だと感じる。
読み返してみて思ったがあまり職業には関係なかったかもしれない。
在宅のうちに少しだけ生活と向き合った変化と思ってもらえるとありがたい。

実際にコロナ後遺症のブレインフォグはアルツハイマー認知症と同じ脳内アミロイド凝集塊によって引き起こされるってのを、オーストラリアの科学者が発見してたりもするからね。ワクチン後遺症で脳の認知機能に影響が出るのも可能性として無くは無いわけ。
私はずっとワクチン推進派の医者とかインフルエンサーを、見てきてるんだけど、物事を断言したり、意見をコロコロ変えたり、最近そうゆうことをしてる人が多いって感じる。特にmRNAなんて治験そんなにしてないんだから、断言できることなんて無いわけですよ。普通に考えて。
はてぶを見てると変異の早い風邪ウイルスなのにも関わらず、ワクチンに期待を賭けて5回も6回も打つようなことを平気で言ってる人も見かけるけど、マジでここで立ち止まって自分で調べた方が良いよ。反ワクは陰謀論を平気で垂れ流したり嘘をついたり、そうゆう人いて受け付けない人もいるのは分かるけど、ほとんどはまともな人だからね。しっかりエビデンス出して主張を展開してる人多い。なので、こっちの情報も、あなた達の身体のために、是非見て欲しい。
可能性の話をしたら、もはやどうとでも言えるんだけど、あらゆる可能性を考慮して分析するのが私は誠実な態度だと思うんだけどね。多くの人は「断言」を求めるだろうけど、「断言しちゃダメ」でしょ。専門家であればあるほど、インフルエンサーであればあるほど。

締約国は、各自の憲法上の手続に従つて、この条約を批准し、その規定を実施しなければならない。批准書は、できる限りすみやかにアメリカ合衆国政府に寄託するものとし、同政府は、その寄託を他のすべての署名国に通告する。この条約は、ベルギー、カナダ、フランス、ルクセンブルグ、オランダ、連合王国及び合衆国の批准書を含む署名国の過半数の批准書が寄託された時に、この条約を批准した国の間で効力を生じ、その他の国については、その批准書の寄託の日に効力を生ずる。
つまり、加盟希望国が加盟できるのは既加盟国の招聘により、その招聘は既加盟国の全員一致が原則。
だからロシアには緊張を高めるために国境を侵犯して紛争を起こし紛争国にしてしまうという手がある。
またロシアは各国の極右を手先にしていて彼等はプーチンロシアの利益と自国が孤立して得られる利益の為に動く。反国際主義だがロシアは別なのだな。仏の大統領選次位のルペンもこれに含まれる。更にルペンはNATO離脱派だ。
過去の中欧加盟では加盟には結構なプロセスを踏んでいて、希望国は根回し外交や平和維持軍への派兵等の域外活動に参加したりした上で全員一致の承認を得ている。
なのでロシアと対立状態にあるフィンランドの加盟は難航するしその間にロシアが何するか判らなくて危険。
だったら冒頭みたいな無茶しないと紛争に持ち込まれちゃうわけよ。
このアイデアだったらある日いきなりNATO軍が領内に居るから手を出せないし講和と同時に軍事同盟加盟は不自然じゃない。
フィンランド人の血が流れたらそれが原因で加盟も流れちゃうのだから無駄死にになってしまう。だからこのブリリアントなアイデアしかないのだ。
ま～でもロシアの歴史的に、多方面で利の無い戦争継続してたら内乱で皇帝が処刑される、臨時政府が打倒されるってのがパターンなのだが。動員せずに戦争じゃなくて特別軍事作戦と言ってるのもそのせいでしょ。
