ニルヴァーナ（Nirvana）『Nevermind』のアルバム・カヴァーに赤ちゃんの頃の写真が使われた男性スペンサー・エルデンが、ニルヴァーナなどを相手取って起こしていた児童ポルノ訴訟。米ビルボード誌によると、連邦裁判所の判事は米国時間9月30日、「児童ポルノではない」との判断を下し、再びこの訴えを却下しました。
現在30代のエルデンは、このカヴァー画像は本人の同意なしに撮影・使用されたもので、この写真は、未成年者の性的イメージを表現したことで連邦児童ポルノ法に違反すると主張して、バンドメンバーらに児童ポルノと性的搾取の疑いで損害賠償を求めていました。
しかし連邦裁判所のフェルナンド・M・オルギン判事は、この写真は「児童ポルノではない」との判決を下し、この写真は連邦法上の違法コンテンツの定義に全く該当しないと明言しています。

いまから約15年ほど前、自分が17,8歳頃のことだったかとと思う。
件のサイトでは5～10分程度のAVサンプル動画が毎日のようにアップされていた。
自宅がISDNだったので、外付けHDD（20GB）をネカフェに持ち込んで、動画を収集するのが楽しみだった。
さて、そのサイトには、メインのエロコンテンツの他に、管理人が一押しする洋楽・邦楽アルバムレビューがあった。
記憶を頼りに列挙すると、
OkComputer、Nevermindといったロックの名盤や、その頃に流行っていたLetgo (Avril Lavigne)、
それから、DeathraceKing (TheCrown)、狂気（ピンク・フロイド）、危機（Yes）なんかもレビューされてた。
あ、Dizzy Mizz Lizzyなんかもあったな（←いちばん好き）
レビューの内容までは覚えてないけど、とにかく影響されまくって聞きまくった。
気持ちよかったな。
