My few interactions with Jeffrey Epstein cameat the request ofJoiIto, for the purposes of fundraising for theMIT Media Lab. Prior to these interactions, Iwas toldbyJoi that Epstein had cleared theMIT vetting process, whichwas the basis for my participation. Mylast interaction with Epsteinwas in 2015.Still,by agreeing to participate inany fundraising activity where Epsteinwas present, I helped to repairhis reputation and perpetuate injustice. I had known ofJoi’s contact with Epstein since about thebeginning. He had reachedout to me to discussit. We arefriends (Joi and I), and he knew I would be upsetbyhis working with a pedophile.
