Yes, it's completely subbed. Unless you want xvid, then you have to turn on the softsubs on the release. It doesn't even have typeset lines in it so there shouldn't be a problem in displaying the subtitles.

Anyway.. what is the release rate of the episodes ? once per two monts ? .. annoying
why the hell someone can make episodes with even better quality once per week.. and some need months for that ? I cant get it.

lol they dont need months for it, it's an ova sold with the manga so even if it needs only a week to actually create the episode it wont be released before the next manga volume is out and that is in about 3 months.

How many months you need to read a manga volume ?
And do you really need 3 months to create a manga volume ? somehow I feel like mangas writing is easier than making an anime. ?
Its kind of lame.. I'll read the manga in one day but I have to wait and suffer whole 3 months for the next ?!?!? its madness.. these people have no hearts

Erm there might be a substantial difference between one or two mangakas writing and drawing a manga and whole studio with tens, maybe hundreds of staff making an anime...
