I tried to watch the series.... then I quit then at episode 4. Then I tried AGAIN and this time I got up to 33... but quit again. If the OVA is anything like the series I probably won't enjoy it very much. Overall its just a mediocre slapstick/parody comedy for me.

Hina has more bust in the poster than she does in this OVA. Her pettanko is obviously the reason to watch this.

For most part, it is just your classic beach swimsuit fanservice episode, but there are a few gags that are saving it from being a complete waste of time.
To mention the best one (which is reoccurring also in the main series, but works absolutely marvelously here):
Hayate accidentally walking into rooms, where girls are changing.
Unexpectedly, it is that type of joke when: it happens once, I giggled a little bit, twice, I laughed, thrice, I screamed in laughter...
