I agree with hyyppa. Worth a watch. One thing to point out though: watch the ED. Not only for the Ali Project (which is in my opinion an awesome band) but the ED is pretty much a summary of the series. Showing off the girls, and the knob of a male lead is just dragged along.

Terrible show with great characters and a cop-out non-ending. And yes, the best part of the show is the end credits.

Agree with all of the above, but if there is one good thing about a non existant ending is that there is hope for a continuation sometime. It's still better than a studio-made alternative ending that usually suck.

Eh, I enjoyed it and it was worth the watch. I doubt I'd watch it a second time, but I don't feel like I wasted time the first time through.

the boy in this anime is a wimp O,o
but its a good anime anyway, very funny if you have a good sence of humor xD

When they stick with the plot of the fight among the royal brothers the anime is ok, it's a shame that only 5 or 6 eps of the anime are related with this. In other words, only 5-6 eps are story oriented, add 3-4 to present characters, etc. and u are left with 15-17 eps of something close to filler material.
And yeah, the boy is a wimp.

Decent series I didn't regret watching.
The animations are o.k., the score is nice and the fighting scenes all right.
Despite its overall theme (Monsters, magic, ghosts, androids, etc, etc...), it managed to never get too corny. There're way more shows out there that did much, much worse in this regard.
Though, I wished for more plot progress, since this anime surely took its time with 26 eps and didn't really proceed any further till the last couple of eps.I enjoyed the battles with the Royals a lot more than the big fillerish part int he middle of the series (~ep8-ep20, like half of the show).
I hope we get to see the rest/conclusion of it one day.
My rating: 7 points.

this show is kinda plain/dull/bland, i don't get what they wish to say, most situations are random, some chars do things cause "it's interesting to see", till the end actually.
the robots are a bit annoying to me.
i loved the ed, totally.

so far iv not seen much wrong but yes the boy is some what useless but funny.

But i must say if not for him i dont know how this cartoon would have gone this good without him.

just hope they say yes or no for a next season sucks just waiting

I don'T know,why they say this is a HArem-Anime. There is one boay and many girls. But that's it. None of the girls has a crush on the male lead.Also there is no love between Hiro and other characters and that pleases me very much.
Just like in Bakuretsu TEnshi, the mal lead is just a male.Nothing more,nothing less. He just exists.

When I think of Harem,i think about MAgister Negi Magi an such shows, whre evry single girl in the anime wants to "get" the male lead. And this is not funny nor realistic.

However,in this show none of this exists

The male protagonist is useless and annoying, pace is too slow, and even after they take so much time to move with the story, the actual ending is no real conclusion. It's a pity, I believe they could have done so much better with such an awesome setting. On the other side I must admit that it had some interesting moments.

I stuck with it... mostly because I liked the characters other than Hiro, but the only episode I genuinely enjoyed was episode 13 (Princess Sacrifice I think?).

I had enough of this crap after the first episode.
I wouldn't even bother to watch it if I haven't seen its ED somewhere first. Not only the ED has a song by Ali Project, but also one of the characters uses a chainsaw as a means of transportation. How awesome is that? Unfortunately the actual anime doesn't seem to come close to that.

Maybe I was to hasty in my judgment, as I'm actually enjoying the manga quite a bit. Maybe I'll give the anime another try.

Edit: Now I read this anime differs from the manga quite a bit. I don't feel like watching this anymore...
