Did you know there's a Nintendo DS RPG of Windaria ?????

Anyway, i liked this movie as a kid, propably because of its kinda sad ending. Recommended for a quick and lazy watch
Just don't see it's heavy choped U.S. version -man, always the same shity case...

I liked this one. Nice nostalgic animation and music. Also the story was quite unpredictable.

I can relate to that, but it is also what made the movie original. Such character development is rarely ever used, especially when we are talking about the protagonist.
Goes to show you, everyone has a price.

Bastard got off way too easy for all the things he did. After getting chased out, he should have come home to find a rotting corpse of Marin, after which he goes to Isa, only to be captured, spit on and stoned to death by the people whose homes he destroyed and betrayed.

The perfect form to do a War Drama movie combined with Fantasy and Kingdoms hating each other.
The animation is a little choppy, but the music is great, and i loved the tragic ending of how greediness can make you destroy your own home.
(Something i appreciate from the English Dub was how it introduced an inner-self describing the atrocities he made and his journey to redemption)
Very recommendable war drama, specially for those who think Violet Evergarden is about war and feels, get ready to change your opinion here.
