Yeah, disappointed this had to be turned into a mecha anime. Even though I love mecha, I felt this type of anime could have gone down a different route, with the environment and characters.

I didn't much like the mech design and it reminds of Argevollen, another poor use of mecha and I think I didn't even watch past ep 10 on that one. I get the feeling this will have a similarly bad story, and such a shame with all the elements for something else. I suppose it's partly also that there's other mecha anime, and this stood out the least.

I might just give this a second ep and chances are I drop it after that.

It's weird how easy the plot is to figure out, since they didn't explain shit.

I like the visuals, especially the town in the background but, it's just like you guys said, a very overused story.
Especially by Bones. I mean, I was really surprised they weren't the ones behind this.

Btw, that Kaon girl; like 80% of her dialogue in the first episode was just "S-Sogo".

Oh dear what a mess, with the albino girl who can only speak one word sentences, combined with a talking Pokémon that turns into a mecha. Yes, a Pokemon that is itself and transforms, into the giant robot, which also talks with an high pitched voice and ends every sentence with "jamon" (if that's the correct spelling) . I think any hope of this being even average has just gone out the window. They couldn't even make it a cool mecha anime, ruined by the whole pokemon concept.

It does make one wonder, if this is a mecha anime for girls? It's just feels like the creators, just have no clue with what they are doing, and just lack any sense of making something good. Now when I look at the staff, the writer of X'amd is involved, no wonder it's a mess. Similarly everything looks great but the whole story is messed up.

It's also a studio original project too, why can't creative people, who've done anime for years, can't come up with a decent original anime? Is relying on solely Manga material, the only way they know how to make decent anime? It's just frustrating, as they have so much resources, to make this project happen, but it is just terrible!

Reminds me a lot of the rolling girls, it is full of cuteness and eye candy very easy to watch. Thou the cheesy title I would suggest anyone to try it out.

The 1st episode made me say "well, this might be above average", the 2nd made me waver a bit... But after the 2nd things went down so hard and so fast that now, after watching episode 5, through which I actually hit my cheeks with my fists several times from pure frustration, I intend to evade the rest of this show like the plague.

Well it just ended. Plot is pretty much a rip from Eureka 7, but for some reason i kinda liked it. Then again im just a shallow person like that XD

Reminiscent ofGalilei Donna in the way it's so cheerfully nonsensical.

Not sure how it compares toEureka Seven since I couldn't stand the MC of that show (although, somewhat similarly, I don't like the mascot character of this show).

Hmm can't say if it was bad or decent enough. Best way to describe its like a RPG game that had decent to good gameplay, decent to good graphics but but a poorly written script and plot.

It's mostly all been said before in other comments, so there is no point in repeating it... Completely agree with ThatAnimeSnob's opinion.

To sum it up, this show comes across as a poor man's Eureka Seven.

It is one of those that feels like someone having an identity crisis, it is all over the place and that ending...
