Unfortunately, first 6 episodes is the best bit of this anime… I was also disappointed in the “science” part of it - very week and non-comprehensive.
It is still an excellent work, though!

I am trying to watch it and I have a hard time getting past the ridiculous easiness the heroes have while tricking their opponents. It's like everyone is blind, deaf, and doesn't plan anything, while they know and can do anything they like. It doesn't feel plausible at all.

Well it was definitely better than expected, specially the action scenes, and the music had some good memorable tracks.

Am having a hard time describing the show, it's good but at the same time it's not really memorable, well except for Roger Smith..err.. I mean Nijuu-Mensou.
I did feel it ended a bit prematurely, but that's just a minor complaint, it's not gonna be a show that you'll come back to after you finish it, but it's one that you'll be glad you did finish it.

I enjoyed it. It had nice characters and main story, but especially the second half lacked coherence. It was a good watch, though it left me disappointed since at the beginning I thought I was in for something special. If only the transitions in mood and/or scenes and directing in general weren't so sloppy...
