Give the protagonist an invincible super-power that causes opponents to defeat themselves. Say over and over that he can't use it all the time because it's too dangerous. Provide no evidence of this danger and instead have everything work out perfectly fine every time he uses the power. ---Recipe for pointless boredom.

Yeah, this is bad. Ridiculous in the worst ways. The character design is also iffy.

Could have been a source of inspiration forAoT though.
