I am really suprised that there are no comments so far.
I guess because it's neither really good to be worth mentioned nor really bad
Something you can miss and will never regret not having watched.
Though it's something interesting to pass time

This anime was in its scientific way very interesting and thrilling. In the first two episodes you see the "Scientific Boys Club" who built a spaceship which travels by windpower.
Their goal since childhood is the Mars. And they really travel to Mars.

A 6 means to me entertaining, but nothing too special you know. Really bad for me would be a 4 or a 3.
5 is average... and 10 okay, there has to be every detail perfect.

Hmm not really sure how to rate this seeing as how i enjoyed the specials more than the actual ova...I guess a 7 will do...

As a science fiction buff from a long ways back, I felt I needed to see this anime and it's specials. Having watched the first "Spirit of Wonder" I was somewhat disappointed with the "Scientific Boys Club", but enjoyed the specials (although I was rather irked that no-one has seen fit to sub-title "Sake Cup of Miss China" the 3rd special). Possibly if the "Scientific Boys Club" had not been associated with the whimsical "Spirit of Wonder", it might have gone over better standing on it's own, but it wasn't and thus we are stuck with the glitch. Still and all, I did enjoy the series as a whole, just not as much as I probably could have.
