Aquatic Language is a short and quite good anime that has just one episode of about 9 minutes.

Animation and Sound:
Animation is good with CG blending nicely with traditional 2D and character designs are also quite well made.Voice acting is adequate and the background noise in the cafe and other sounds are also fitting.

Story and Character:
The story, well there isn't much of a story. Still the futuristic setting and the pacing is great. There's never a dull moment and it manages to pack alot more information in those 9 minutes than in several episodes of other anime. The characters are well outlined through their conversation but that's about it.

Value and Enjoyment:
This anime can be rewatched without losing any of its charm several times. It is also quite unique among anime for it's shortness and subject matter. I enjoyed it a lot. It's several minutes of pure goodness.

It's a shame this anime didn't have any reviews yet while mediocre shows (Naruto anyone) have tens of them. Anyway if you even have a passing interest in SciFi this is a must see.
