Well well, here we are.
First of all I apologize in anticipation for any grammar errors//switched letters//exessive repetitions but im overly tired and just focusing on the monitor requires pretty much all my actual skills.

Even after all the midly-cold reviews, i decided to go and watch this anime.
After all, pretty much everyone agreed on a point: "not a masterpiece, not a great product, yet still pretty enjoyable and lighthearted".
Which was exactly what I was wanting, and pretty much what i got from it.
So why the low enjoyment rate ? Let's leave that for later and let's go in order:

Animation:[/b]
Well, nothing out of the ordinary for a product of this type. Pretty much covers the basic needs, whit no big flaws or pros.

Sound:[/b]
Good work here, for real. Every character got a good voice, right on the spot for the personal attitude.
Whit the very, very painful exception of Winner.
God I hate that guy. Aside his voice being pretty irritating, hes got this terrible nasal accent, mixed up whit some random english word and a way of express himself that even if dubbed in a serious and deep way would still make him sound like a pathetic idiot, and I seriusly mean no offense to no idiot. No one deserve this much.

Story[/b]
Now, THIS is the enjoyment killer.
Im not gonna bitch about the lack of deepness and so on, in this kind of products it's kinda normal.
It would be like complaining about a bike because it has got only 2 weels.
That said, im gonna add that I wasnt expecting some deep-in examination of vampires, vampire culture/folklore and so on.
And that was right on the mark, so nothing strange here either.
Another BIG pro is that there isnt the usual Harem style delusion or dementia style gags (people flying after punches, completely irrational/exessive/out-of-the-world reactions, etcetera, etcetera )
So what went wrong ?
Simply put: The ending.
Let me be perfectly clear: this isn't a problem of this anime in particular, if only the last 10 minutes where slightly different I would have given a much higher vote.
Since on the end of this review im gonna put some "kinda spoiler comment" ( I wont tell any actual facts, even so you can deduce varius things), i'll say this right away:
If you seek a light entertaiment without particular fixation about the vapire subject, I say :Go watch this anime and you'll get what you want, you wont be deluded.

Now, if you want to watch this anime, stop reading here. If you are halfway the serie and you want to know if watching the other episodes would be a waste of your time, you'll find a general idea of the Ending taste just below here.

SPOILER-LIKE SECTION:
So, here we are.
The whole story stay over the lignes for nearly all its length. In the latest episodes, there would be a more serious turn-over, ending in an obvious lighthearted section.
What I seriously disliked, and I dislike in MANY products like this one, is that in the end we arrive in an "impasse state".
Basically, a freakload of things happened, yet the situation is back stalling to what we've seen in the early episodes, whit just a couple of vague symbologisms as a plus.
Simply put :SCREW THAT.

I don't get, i'll never get it and i dont get people that like these endings.
They are nor poethic, rational, satifactory or simply founctionals.
You have a boy and girl, in the prime of youth. They build up a relationship throught a whole lot of time, they get to seriusly like each other, they both KNOW it, yet nothing happens.
Here we get shot back in the middle of nowhere, where they happily laught togheter, routine kicks back-in, and they forget about the bag full of hormones they are carring around.
Anyone, ANYONE, in similar situations, has accomplished way more in 1/10 of the time. But not in these animes, they are happy to swim in chastity by blushing each other to death.
Mind it: im not telling you that they should get on in a wild orgy, right in the middle of the street.
But after going throught HELL just to be togheter again (another clichè, vampires or not), we should be graced whit the confirmation that they finally manage to be a couple at all effects, not some vague "maybe, we dont know, is up to you, bye bye -end- "
Who made this anime wants to use a symbologism ? OK.
Just let the two poor slobs at least kiss each others, or the philing up of stress is gonna make em explode.

Sadly, this happens in LOTS of products like this one (there are exceptions, but as the name says they are few in proportion), and I find it extremely childish and out of target, if not plain sad.
