The best of the Dirty Pair franchise, this OVA is nearly the same as the original - just done better.
The artwork is noticeably improved, as well as the writing. The most distinguishing difference is that some stories subtly criticize modern societal issues and all the episodes have different themes (which is very interesting in an 80s comedic series).
If you love the Dirty Pair, or if you love comedic sci-fi in general (which isn't silly rubbish) this is a defining underrated classic which all can enjoy and the 10 episodes are easy to digest for newcomers. Give it a try!
