For many this is a prime, concentrated example of the old Dirty Pair and I agree. The sci-fi setting is very detailed and futuristic and the dynamic duo blow large amounts of it up in fantastic fashion. With great comedy and colorful imagery and sound, this is pure 80s cyberpunk comedy anime at its best. Highly recommended.
