Chris Lay is a Lecturer in the Philosophy Department at the University of Texas at El Paso.  He is interested in questions of personal identity, consciousness, and mind (both biological and artificial) and has published essays in a number of Pop Culture and Philosophy volumes, includingAlien and Philosophy,Rick and Morty and Philosophy,The Twilight Zone and Philosophy, andWestworld and Philosophy.

David Kyle Johnsonis Professor of Philosophy at King’s College in Wilkes‐ Barre, Pennsylvania, editor ofBlack Mirror and Philosophy, and also produces lecture series for The Teaching Company’sThe Great Courses.
