Report bugs or have questions

If you encounter bugs or a problem, please do the following :

  • First check theKnown issues and bugs section
  • If your issue is related to your QGO email account, verify your QGO emailby entering it in this link. It will ensure your email is correct. Many users do a typo in there email.
  • Reboot the Meta Quest and see you still have the issue
  • The majority of time, this is a bad configuration or a bad installation on your side or because you didn't followsteps by steps and click by click the installation video guide  
  • Be sure you are on the latest version of QGO and the latest version of the Meta Quest systemand not on PTC channel
  • Uninstall QGO, restart your Quest and then re-install QGO to see if you still have the issue

I get a message "qgo stopped working" every time I try to start it. Started a week or 2 weeks ago.

If possible, could you add whitelist settings to RAM Booster?

I usually sideload Musicolet and personalDNSfilter, but when I run RAM Booster, these apps are also terminated, so I'm having trouble.

Hello, there isn't HD+ anymore because the latest updated of this game is too heavy now. So I removed the HD+. Quest 3 profiles are only for Quest 3.

Yes a Q3s has the same performance as the Q3

Hello, it as already been requested. I could add that but Meta will reinstall them on each update upfortunately... In the meantime you can hide them in QGO

Je viens decouvrir grace a une ia que la frequence de mon gpu est bloquee a 500mhz au lieu de 599mhz voire 640mhz ce qui pose probleme quand je joue a des jeux comme Contractors vr..

il parait que Meta connais le probleme et que Meta irai  jusqu'a echanger le casque Q3, t'es au courant ?

Que dois je faire ?

faut dire que j'ai ce Q3 depuis longtemps..

Salut, non je n'étais pas au courant. Active OVR avec QGO et regarde ta fréquence affichée (GPU F). Tu as un article sur le sujet ?

je suis Bloqué à 500mhz sur les deux Q3 !!.. 

Mais j'ai néanmoins réussi à jouer dans de bonnes conditions en effacent les données de tout les jeux et desinstallé tout les jeux que ne joue pas souvent.. 

J'aurais aimé monter à 640mhz mais bon.. Merci pour ton feed-back 

C'est vraiment bizarre car ce 500Mhz sur le GPU n'est même pas censé exister. C'est 492, 545 puis 599 puis 690Mhz. Donc même en forçant le GPU au max dans QGO rien n'y fait ? Et si tu descend la puissance du GPU ? Tu peux aussi vérifier que OVR soit bien à jour pour être sur qu'il affiche bien les bonnes données

Je t'avais contacté il y a quelques temps pour le changement de méthode de connexion à l'ADB des casques.

En effet j'utilise le port adb wifi sur le port 5555 pour développer et tshoot mes casques. En suivant tes conseils j'ai utilisé oculus-wireless-adb.

Cependant il ne fonctionne plus depuis la V74, et le développeur semble avoir une capacité d'investissement limitée pour résoudre le problème.

Est-il possible d'envisager une option pour les développeurs, qui permettrait d'activer adb wifi sur le port 5555 au lieu où en parallèle du port aléatoire au démarrage de QGO ?

Merci encore pour ce super logiciel et les nouvelles fonctionnalités toujours plus pratiques que tu déploies à chaque release !

I sent a question last week, i have not received any reply in my email it seems, so i ask here.


To my understanding i can in QGO install the app on secondary profile on my first device. I have my kids profile on my device.

I have just bought a second device Q3, i wish to install QGO there as well. Should i make a new purchase of the app connected to my email (so my email will have two licenses connected to it) before i install QGO on my second device.

How dynamic is the licensing regarding use of it on secondary device where my kids will play under app sharing?

I installed (and updated) QGO on our MQ3 and was enjoying it (mostly with Supernatural fitness gaming) until our headset began booting into a blank screen. At first, a reboot usually got things working again, but finally it kept going to the blank screen, so I did a factory reset. Everything is working normally now. Should I try QGO again? Thoughts?

Hi, yes, don't worry, what you see seems to be a bug from Meta firmware side, especially if it worked fine with QGO in the past

Hello, when i start the game breachers with the QGO intalled and setup it gives me every time an error code saying that this is an unvalid account. And its not only in that game its in coupl of games. I cant play games with the QGO intalled.

Or did you use the QGO "install for user account" feature ? If it's the case, this just means that the game use entitlement check to verify if you are the owner of the game. The install for user account function work but then it depends if the game check who is the owner of the game or not

I’ve fixed it now I uninstalled and installed sidequest, QGO and the games. Now it’s working like it should be. But thanks for the fast replies.

hi, if I start DEMEO the hd+ profile doesn‘t trigger anymore. So far this is the only game where this happens. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello, don't you receive the notification in QGO (top right) mentioning I removed the HD+ profile for Demeo ?

=> The game has been updated to a new engine version. The game now requires more resources... We had to remove the BATTERY SAVING and HD+ profiles and update the PERFORMANCE and HD profiles


So it's normal, you must now choose the perf or HD one, but don't expect super sharp game like before...

qgo a l'aire dingue sur quest 3s dommage que je ne puisse pas l'acheter 🤷‍♂️ je viens d'acquérir le meta quest 3s et dison que niveau budget je n'avais pas prevue de craquer le porte feuille, super travaille que j'ai pu découvrir grace a youtube, quand ce sera possible pour moi je m'achèterais qgo et lacherais un don pour le soutient continuer cest dingue le taf fournit

Salut, oui, c'est assez fou. Je présente QGO depuis 3 jours sur le salon Laval Virtual, un salon XR pro et ça fait un carton :-)

Ceci dit l'app est à 10$, le prix d'un cocktail, tu verras ça vaut largement son prix ! :-)

Hello, Iron Rebellion works very poorly with dropped frames and stuttering. We can't improve it without making it worse.

enabling automatic detection of apps kills the usage of capture cards. I did tests all the time and tried to use multiple capture cards and saw in the description that it accesses Android settings to detect those. Launching the HDMI Link and other apps with the capture card threw "USB permission denied", I was testing for days and it worked immediately when I turned this setting off.

Could you rephrase ? I'm using every day the dns.adguard.com and don't have issue on Quest stuffs like store and horizon for example.

Can you be more precise ?

Okay so you have the answer to your first question.

This isn't planned because it's a very specific use case, you're the first of over 100,000 users to ask me this question.

What you could do is to create your own DNS if needed or use some apps that manage the DNS rules.

A game I have just installed does not appear in QGO. Restarting didn't fix the issue. No filters enabled. Is there a way to force QGO to rescan the installed apps?

Hello, what is this game ? Did you hide it ? If yes, go to QGO general settings and turn ON the "Show hidden games" toggle button

Anyway, many of the game that we install are displayed under another name. Developers often forgot to rename their app. Example : Resident Evil 4 stock name is VR4, Batman stock name is Manta...

Thanks for the tip. This was exactly the issue. I found it and renamed it. 

For the record, the store name is "Fight Fit VR" but the stock name is "Test_MR".
