Elleston Trevor (1920 – 1995) was a British novelist who wrote under various pseudonyms, includingAdam Hall andSimon Rattray.

As Adam Hall he wrote theQuiller espionage novels.

As Simon Rattray he wrote a series of novels featuringAmateur Sleuth Hugo Bishop. (These have also been published under the Adam Hall name in some markets.)

His best-known work as Elleston Trevor isThe Flight of the Phoenix, the basis for the 1965film of the same name.
