PREMISE
Your former fiancé and heir apparent of the Aurelius Kingdom, Prince Ædan, has married the love of his life, the fair Saintess Helene. As the nation celebrates their union, you are left alone to pick up the pieces of your broken heart... until you receive two letters. One is an invitation to the office of Prince Ædric, the crown prince's younger brother and rival for the throne. The other is a letter filled with concern from your childhood friend and secretary-in-training, Cyfrin, who is currently assisting your father at your family’s ducal estate in the countryside. Each letter contains a proposition that will change the course of your fate forever.

CHARACTERS
THE SECOND PRINCE: ÆDRIC AURELIUS
Ædric is known throughout the kingdom as the Dark Prince, not just because of his ebony black hair, but also because of his unsociable disposition. While it is true that his deep violet eyes and usual scowl can be intimidating, he has been nothing but kind to you in all the years that you have known him. Sometimes you would catch him looking at you with a small smile on his face, but he would always deny it ever happened.
THE FUTURE SECRETARY: CYFRIN GALANTHUS
You have known Cyfrin your entire life, and your father has known him for even longer, given that he discovered your best friend on the doorstep of your home when he was just a baby. Even though he is the older one between you two, he often trails behind you like a duckling following its mother when his break times align with yours. He has often been compared to a dog: always eager to spend time with you, fiercely protective and loyal, sullen and moody whenever you are apart.
THE CROWN PRINCE: ÆDAN AURELIUS
Handsome and charismatic, Ædan is the definition of a fairytale prince . . . just not your fairytale prince. With his golden blond hair and crystal blue eyes, he easily captured the hearts of the people upon his social debut. When he unleashes his soft smile upon a crowd, there is a very high chance that more than half of those present will swoon. You, too, were once enchanted by that smile, back when you thought your love would last until the end of time.
THE FAIR SAINTESS: HELENE
If your world was the setting of a typical romance novel, there would be no doubt who the protagonist would be. People say that her beauty is a blessing from the gods, and that her silver hair and golden eyes were meant to set her apart as the Favored One. Helene may have almost the entire kingdom wrapped around her little finger, but you know that her true colors are lurking just beneath the kind and naive front she puts up.

Reading your Tumblr about the King's reaction and talk with Ædan....hoo boy. They are gonna hurt, cause if I've learned one thing about myself in these sort of stories, it's that I can be very petty and vengeful towards the cheating/betraying party.
My noble will find real love with Ædric and end Ædan's reign. 🤣 Nothing less then the throne owed to him will compensate for Ædan's betrayal.
Absolutely loving this! I just have one question about the mc's status/title. I'm pretty sure that the mc is a noble. Their mother was a duchess, I think their father is a duke and they are the heir. But when mc was being escorted to the carriage it said, "The attention was expected; a high-ranking knight escorting a commoner". So is the mc not a noble? Aren't dukes like right after the royal family in the hierarchy? I am a bit confused on that part. But other than that, stumbling upon this story in my recommended was such a treat! Like many others here, I do enjoy a good royal fiancé revenge manhwa so this was great👏👏👏
i love this premise, it gives me revenge manhwa / webtoon vibes. i'm excited for the update T_T
i don't have feedback on the story, more technical things. the transitions are REALLY slow. like at one point i thought the story just cut off at the middle of the page and then 2 seconds later the next passage appeared. i think it's better to have no transitions whatsoever or have the option to turn them off. (i thought this is what "timed passages" were in settings, but turning that off didn't affect it)
also instead of click through responses, can u do drop downs? if u miss one, u then have to click through every single response T_T
i'd also recommend including [end of demo] because i can't tell if i'm at a transition bug (another reason why i loathe transitions), or if this is the end of the content:

Ædric wasn't what I expected as he turned out to be so much better and kind. I was practically swooning and yelling HELL YES when he proposed 🤣 I like him already and I can't wait to shower him with my love.

funnily enough my OC persona has an insufferable older sister with silver hair also, apparently in this alternate universe she still exists... and I'd like to murder her.
(Contexts incase ur confused: i use the same name for every game i play, its the name of my self insert OC, so i play like each game is a different alternative journey, with the sister im refering to her one canon backstory, maybe I'm just weird lol)
I'm really going to have to date both of these precious boys. Honestly. Though I hope going either route, you can maintain your friendship with the other. Specially don't want to lose Cyfrin. He's perfect ro material in his route, and best friend in the other. <3
I did laugh how he panicked over holding our hand, when he's hugged us twice already without warning. Like really, Cy? You've hugged me twice now, why are you freaking out over holding my hand comfortingly without permission? lol. xD
Love the game so far with all that is out right now. At first started to go down sad route before backtracking with a mental 'fuck that' and truly love your writing the other side with revenge in mind. With all the manga I've read with this storyline, it's a splendid absolute delight playing a game like this. I can't wait for the third part for chapter one and what plans you have awaiting for the player and the other characters~
