A downloadable asset pack
Hey everyoneヾ(o✪‿✪o)シ !
Ækashicshere!
The illustrator slime behindÆkashics Librarium!
A few years ago, I set out with the mission of creating a free comprehensive library of static and animated battlers available for usage in any game engine and any game project!
Over900+ free releases, with all assets considered, I feel that mission was a success!
This pack contains all874static battlers, 72 dragonbones format skeletal battlers,39 RPG MAKER MV SV Animated format battlers and 94 Frontview 3-framemap sprites released from Librarium's inception back in December 2016 all the way to January 2019 with Dryad Yggdrasil's release!
Upon reaching those milestones, I decided that in order to move forward and create higher quality, more versatile, resource rich and condensed content, I would wrap up the free library and focus on continuing the next phase of battlers, projects and releases through Librarium's Patreon and my Itchi.io from this point onwards!
Librarium’samazingpatreon community provided key support during the development of the massive free library of static and animated battlers you can find onwww.akashics.moe !
During that time and through many evolutions both in quality and content, and also with the insight gained through the quest to further reward those who believed in the Librarium project as a whole, Librarium’s patreon gradually evolved into more of a service which supplies developers with new and original exclusive character/creature designs and related assets oriented for RPG development such as 4-Direction map sprites, bust portraits and more on a weekly basis, rather than just a few extras delivered on top of the public releases!
You can always find the first phase Librarium sets here on itch and also on my main site,www.akashics.moe !
All future sets will be released on Patreon, and advertised here and on akashics.moe!
Thanks for the ride so far, The best is yet to come!

hi. I have a question since you have so many things and its confusing where to find them. Do you have field/map sprites (non-battlers) of the characters in the "Aekashics Librarium MV Format Animated Battlers" folder?
Especially looking for "Succubus Vi". If this exists, where do I find it or buy it? Also, what about large images (portraits) or faces of those characters?
:)
Hello! I am beginning the creation of a series of RPG themed courses (in programming, writing, and more). I was wondering if I could use some of your characters as images in the course: they would represent the "bosses" and other "monsters" that need to be "defeated". None of the images will be given out.
Hello! Thanks for the great assets. I ran into a little problem when using the Battler sprites for RPGMZ. Whenever i use one of the Dragonbones sprites for example the Clockworkking it appears very blurry/muddy. Do you maybe know what could be the reason for this? I use the VisuStella DragonbonesUnion Plugin.
Thanks!
Hello! I am a member of the Fabula Ultima TTRPG community (and a GM at that) and have been working on a free Foundry VTT community module that has a bestiary on it.
I have been struggling to find free assets that I could use on it when another member recommended you. I went through the static battlers - sideview and think they would work great. Could they be used in this case?
Hello!
Yeah! that's what librarium assets are here for, they are not really limited in scope for your project needs :)

You can find the terms of use over here, though like I said, they can be used in the format you mentioned , just need to follow the guidelines in the link above!
Hello! unfortunately that kind of use scenario breaks the existing ToU which can be found here ( http://www.akashics.moe/terms-of-use/) so please don't do it :)
Hello! I was checking out this free ultrapack looking for battler sprites for a prototype I'm making for a 3d game I hope to make in the future. I saw on your terms that editing was allowed. I'm still a beginning artist, but would it also be possible to edit these sprites by taking elements from different sprites and combining them together? I want to be able to get as close as possible to how I envision my characters to look, and some of them have elements that I think would look good together.
Hey! I love this set; it's absolutely amazing and has so much variety. I just finished using it in a project for a game jamhttps://xlcdragon.itch.io/wrath-of-raccoon
In love with the Art, Been using with a game I've been working on and learning from on my game dev journey, hah. https://gx.games/games/erq81p/grandia-clicker-rpg/
the use of Librarium assests is allowed in card games, just gotta follow the crediting schemes outlined over at http://www.akashics.moe/terms-of-use/ :)
I can't think of many instances where someone has contributed so much for free and such quality to RPG Maker community in a single artistic project. Even more so that you have allowed editing of them within use in a game is very commendable.
I am very selective about things like Patreon. I usually only use services like that to support people who make things like history lectures etc. But for someone who did that much work, it will be an easy choice. ONE DOLLAR a month for access to an absolute bunch more of these!?
It is really great work, I hope you are proud of your achievement.
commercial usage is allowed!
you can find the ToU in detail over atwww.akashics.moe for the specifics! :D
Thanks!
Looks like it doesn’t follow a CC license, but has custom terms of use:
http://www.akashics.moe/terms-of-use/
It starts like Attribution as you suggested, but the big difference is that redistribution (as a resource, as opposed to being embedded in a product) is not allowed. Please check the link for full explanations.
