Remotely Collected Data in ADNI4

ADNI4 incorporates novel remote cohorts which include screening and monitoring participants outside of a clinical setting. Data collected from participants in the Remote Digital Cohort will identify individuals who will be referred to the Remote Blood Cohort and/or to ADNI4 clinical sites for in-depth characterization. In-Clinic participants who are in the CN and MCI diagnostic groups are invited to join the ADNI4 Remote Longitudinal Monitoring cohort.

• Basic demographics
• Medical inclusion/exclusion questionnaire
• Everyday Cognition 12-item (participant and optional study partner)

• Blood plasma AD biomarkers (Ab42/40, pTau, etc.)
• Genetics (APOE-E4 status)
