Welcome to the latest version of the Abwoon website, marking 40 years of my work with the Aramaic Jesus and Native Middle Eastern traditions.
Much of the surface of my work focuses on ancient texts, and all the ways we have misheard them, to the undoing of the development of Western culture and the world. A deeper layer points to the Life and Reality waiting to be discovered as the real “I” within us. Rescuing and redeeming this more real self or Self was the message not only of the ancient prophets of Southwest Asia, but of all of the wise ones all over the planet from times before history.
Here you may find resources to begin to discover what you are looking for, or perhaps even what you need. The books, videos, audios, and everything else are only an invitation to have a life-renewing experience. You may be looking for one thing and find yourself somewhere completely different. My advice: learn to treasure these moments of being lost and listen to the “still, small voice” that always comes from within.
