right now it doesn't seem possible. the only option to move note is to "clone" it and delete it in the original notebook.

some ideas for possible implementation :

1. drag and drop single / multiple notes into notebook from folder tree on the left panel
2. mac finder style, select several notes and create a new notebook out of them
3. use notebook selector to select destination notebook (similarly to "clone note")
