This work is an integrate tool to help clinical geneticist, especially french-speaking. It also has a special mode for oncologic consultation and one HPO-based.It is based on pedigreejs and handsontable javascript modules to allow fast pedigree construction.Familly can be loaded (JSON or BOADICEA files) or created from standard or custom structure and then completed through a table or an graphic interconnected interface.Numerous export files are also implemented (TSV, JSON, PED, BOADICEA).Finally, one of the core feature is the automatic text generation based on the table content.

Cette application est un outil intégré pour aider les généticiens cliniciens dans le cadre de leur consultation, notamment francophones.Il dispose également d'un mode spécial pour la consultation d'oncogénétique ainsi qu'un se basant sur les phénotypes HPO.Il est basé sur pedigreejs et handsontables pour permettre une construction rapide d'un arbre généalogique.La famille peut être chargée (fichiers JSON ou BOADICEA) ou créée à partir d'une structure standard ou personnalisée, puis complétée via un tableau ou une interface graphique, tout deux interconnectées.L'arbre est exportable dans plusieurs format de fichiers (TSV, JSON, PED, BOADICEA).Enfin, cette application permet la génération automatique de texte basée sur le contenu du tableau.
