The band situation with Pixel Watch has always been rough, especially if you want a nice leather band. But,finally, the day has come, as Nomad is now shipping a premium leather band for Pixel Watch that’s absolutely worth a look.

With Wear OS 6 not available on the Pixel Watch, Google is rolling out an October 2025 update to the original device.

At the moment, Wear OS 6 on the Pixel Watch 4, 3, and 2 does not support always-on display Media Controls, but that is coming soon.

Ahead of thePixel Watch 4 officially going on sale tomorrow, Google is rolling out Wear OS 6 to the Pixel Watch 2 and 3.

Google already refreshed the Pixel Watch app on Android phones withsome M3 Expressive earlier this month, but the latest update brings more tweaks and a new homescreen icon.

Google wants to use the Pixel Watch to identify signs of high blood pressure, and is readying a Fitbit Hypertension Study.

Google released a “Weather” app for all watches alongside Wear OS 3 in 2022. With the Pixel Watch 4, Google is expanding Pixel Weather beyond Android phones and tablets to Wear OS.

Google Clock 8.1 is now widely rolling out with a Material 3 Expressive redesign. Meanwhile, the last remaining Pixel apps are also getting their revamps.

The next global Pixel Watch update should be in September, but some owners in Japan and Singaporeare getting a July 2025 update after missing the last release.

Following thelast release in April that brought Wear OS 5.1 to all users, Google is releasing a June 2025 update to all Pixel Watch owners.

Google is preparing a couple of new Pixel Watch features, including the ability to lock your phone when you leave it behind, as well as stopping accidental touches in the water.

The cell network that offers all of the coverage without the extra cost of mainstream cellular services is now making itself a little more enticing. Visible’s best plan now includes network coverage for Android smartwatches, like the Pixel Watch series.
