Razorclaw was released as part of the twentieth series (2004), carded in a two-pack withHeavy Duty (v8) as part of the Valor vs Venom line.
This figure was released in late 2003, but is considered a 2004 product by Hasbro. The packaging also included a Valor vs VenomComic and Product Catalog and Instructions.
Razorclaw came with a black pistol and black rifle. The two gray blades on the figure's arms are not meant to be removable.
No variations of Razorclaw (v1) are known to exist.
Razorclaw has an entirely new body sculpt. Every part except the head was used to createRazor Trooper (2004). Every part except the head and the lower arms were used to createRazorclaw (v2) (2005).
