Xidoufen (稀豆粉) is a Chinese soup popular inYunnan province that is made of boiled pea meal,[1] often flavoured with crushedgarlic,ginger,coriander,spring onion, drychilli flakes andSichuan pepper oil. It is often eaten withdeep friedyoutiao orChinese flatbreads, particularlycong you bing.
