The Relativity Taskforce is set up to better organize and present information in all articles related to the theories ofSpecial andGeneral relativity. We hope that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians to improve all relativity-related articles in order to make Wikipedia the premier online resource for relativity-related information for all who visit. In order to maintain a reasonable length of relativity articles (and avoid possibly unnecessary duplication), editors are encouraged to peruse the wikibooks:
The project's main aim is to concentrate solely on the classical aspects of relativity (i.e. noquantum mechanics), although some articles may mention aspects ofquantum relativity. More specific goals for the project are to:
