Welcome toWikiProject Floorball. Some Wikipedians have formed this collaboration resource and group dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of Floorball and the organization of information and articles on this topic. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions and various resources; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians interested in the topic. If you would like to help, pleasejoin the project, inquire on thetalk page and see theto-do list.

I believe that we should work to getting floorball to FA status so that we can eventually have it on the Wikipedia Main Page as one of their featured daily articles. This way, the sport of floorball gets some recognition, and more people will begin contributing to it.

We will most likely need to clean up the article (results, federations), and add more sources, as well as getting in touch with the IFF for information. In addition to that, we will need someone to consult floorball on Swedish and Finnish Wikipedia's. The talk page will need to be cleaned up/archived, and people should start promoting WikiProject Floorball in order to grow an important floorball resource.

I do believe I speak for everyone here in saying that we really want to see floorball grow and expand. Let's do something small (or big) to help out with floorball on Wikipedia. Feel free to leave your comments or concerns, or any propositions you may havehere.
