If you see something thatseems wrong, leave a note on the articletalk page and remove questionable assertions if nosupporting evidence is provided. You can also use averification template to add acitation needed tag after the text in question.
Peer review for accuracyand quality happens constantly through theRecent changes page andwatchlists. A review can also be solicited onWikipedia:Peer review,Wikipedia:Article assessment, andWikipedia:Good article nominations. If you believe an article isreally good, nominate it atWikipedia:Featured article candidates. More sophisticatedapproval mechanisms are under constant discussion. Regardless, we do not guarantee accuracy and have a variety of otherdisclaimers. These are linked from every page, so please do not add more disclaimers to articles!
There is a semi-automated peer review available. The easiest way to install the script is to enable it as aGadget: go to your userPreferences and check off theMoreMenu, adds Page and User dropdown menus to the toolbar... entry under Appearance and hit save. Each article page will then have aPage andUser pull down menu near the top; go to the article; hover onPage; hover onTools; click onPeer reviewer.
