Atorpedo dessert (Bulgarian:фунийки с крем,Romanian:Rulouri,Turkish:Torpil tatlısı, Külah tatlısı,Russian:Трубочки с кремом,Polish:Rurki z kremem) is abuttery, flakyviennoiseriebread roll, filled withpastry cream, named for its well-knowntorpedo shape.[1] Croissants and other viennoiserie are made of a layeredyeast-leaveneddough. The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a sheet, in a technique calledlaminating. The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to apuff pastry.
