Tentamun ("she ofAmun") was anancient Egyptian queen. She is likely to have been the daughter ofRamesses IX, the third last ruler of the20th Dynasty. Her mother may have been anotherTentamun, who was the mother of Ramesses's other daughter,Duathathor-Henttawy.
In theStory of Wenamun she is mentioned together with aNesubanebded as residing in Tanis. Both are described as "organizers of the land".[1] From this it is surmised that she was the wife of kingSmendes, the first king of the21st Dynasty.
