Tanapag is a nearly extinctMicronesian language of theAustronesian language family. It is spoken in theTanapag settlement of the island ofSaipan in theNorthern Mariana Islands. Younger people speakChamorro instead of Tanapag, but there are also efforts being made to promote the language.
