Sohal is a Principal clan found among theMalwai speaking lineage ofJat Sikh, which were originated from Sohal township both (Khurd and Kalan) settled byHari Singh Dhillon (Bhangi Misldar),[1][2] they were primarily related to Deo, hayer as well Aulak and avoid intermarriage among them.[3] In modern time Sohal is a chiefly found inAmritsar andDoaba region.[4][attribution needed]
