Radio Mashaal (Pashto:مشال رېډیو) was thePashto-language media broadcaster ofRadio Liberty withinPakistan.[1] It was launched on 15 January 2010.[1][2] It operated out of the Pakistani capital city ofIslamabad through a local office, which was shut down by theGovernment of Pakistan on 19 January 2018.[3][1] It was aimed at broadcasting toKhyber Pakhtunkhwa.
