Lake, whose hometown isIrvine, California, is the son of former NFL playerCarnell Lake.[1][2]

Lake was selected by theLos Angeles Rams with the 211th pick in the sixth round of the2022 NFL draft.[6] He was placed on the reserve/physically unable to perform (PUP) list to start the 2022 season.[7] He was activated from the reserve/PUP list on November 12, 2022.[8]
