O Ya is aJapanese omakase-style restaurant inBoston, Massachusetts. The restaurant is owned by Tim and Nancy Cushman.[1][2]

Overview

There have been O Ya outposts on the east side ofManhattan and inMexico City.[3][4] The Boston location opened in 2007.[5] The New York City location closed permanently in 2020.[6]

The menu has includedsushi,sashimi, nigiri, and small plates.[7]

Reception

In 2022, O Ya was named Best Japanese Restaurant inBoston magazine's Best of Boston list.[8]
