Mephenoxalone (trade namesDorsiflex,Moderamin,Control-OM) is amuscle relaxant[2] and mildanxiolytic.[3] It inhibits neuron transmission, relaxing skeletal muscles by inhibiting thereflex arc.[citation needed] As the effect of muscle relaxation, mephenoxalone affects mental condition, and is also a treatment for nervousness andanxiety.
